Hello I was just wondering if any has actually cashed out of play croco? I came to realize the casino minimum withdrawal amount is $220 and the coupon I use the max withdrawal Mount was $180 how can you even cash out with them doing deals like that? I mean the minimum you can withdraw it's $220 but maximum you can withdraw with the code is $180 has anybody else realized this?

Hi, I've read about the situation you're writing about. It strikes me as quite illogical. Did you try to ask the casino about this and how should you solve it when the minimum withdrawal is $220 but the maximum from the coupon is $180 ? I think the best answer would come from them to find out how it works. Would it be possible to ask and then share it with us ?

I was a member awhile ago and lost. I wanted to reopen my account to try again and when I contacted them via chat they told me this.

According to our information there shouldn't be any problems with players from USA playing here. My colleague from the data team has confirmed that everything should be fine and there is not a single block that would indicate that it is not possible for players from the USA to play here. Do you have any screenshots from the conversation or from not being able to get into the casino?

Well I just contacted them. A rep named Kenny said that I closed the account Correct? I said yes but I would like to try again. It took 20 minutes of waiting and he finally responded and said

Thank you for being patient with me, I will need to forward your case to a relevant department for a review and they will get back to you via email within 48 Business hours with an update, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

IT MUST BE A SPECIAL PLACE TO PLAY.LOL

I closed my account due to a lot of loss. I never won here. Most casinos reopen accounts from past players.

This one seems difficult.

It looks like they seem to have a procedure for that. However, since you have lost quite a lot here, do you want to try again to see if that has changed ? When was the last time you played here?
