Honestly, I still don't understand how can a withdrawal take a month or more in a casino. You either did something wrong and the casino can see it and inform you about it (bonus terms and conditions, multiple accounts, wrong documents etc.) or you did nothing wrong and then you should get your winnings.
But I still don't see any reason why a withdrawal request should be pending for a month.

I understand what you want, but as long as the casino suggests another withdrawal option, I guess there are s proper reasons just for that. €10 is not a huge sum, and I guess it's worth a try. The other way would be to stick to your demand and prolong the solution. If the casino says that pix is not available for you now, I'd assume that it is not.
Even the complaint would not change the payment availability, so you should now focus on getting the money.
