The word "staging" before the domain name of Planetaxbet probably means that this is a test version of the website, not intended for a broad audience.
Here, you can see how long their site has been inactive:

So far, I have written to:
I have not received a response from anyone. I have also written to the hosting company at support@cloudflare.com, but due to privacy protection, they do not provide information about their clients' websites.
Let's hope that the Casinoguru team will be able to establish personal contact with a representative of Planetaxbet and inform us about the situation.
Bestbets is right, stagings are the test versions for the standard websites. Unfortunately I see two Skype contacts in our database, but none of them have replied to me. One of the contacts also has a following Skype name "...", which is quite strange. Considering it's a new casino, I'm quite worried they might be closed.
I just sent the info to our Data team and they're going to mark the casino as closed. Then we're going to test it once again after a few weeks.
Yes, I see that you have already officially declared the casino closed.
Last year, I had a similar experience with Casino360, and I even filed a complaint. Their website stopped working, and they were unresponsive. Later, it was discovered that all user accounts and balances were transferred to another company, where we were warmly welcomed.
I'm afraid the situation with Planetaxbet is different. According to their announcement, the company was founded by a group of gambling enthusiasts. It seems to me that they simply disappeared with the users' money.
Dear Daniel,
Could you please check if there is any clarity on what exactly happened? I recall that many years ago, UK-based companies explicitly emphasized that customer funds are held in separate bank accounts, not commingled with the company's own funds. Is there any precaution in place for companies licensed in other jurisdictions?
Hello!
If I may step in, I want to say it's not within our power to find out whether the founders left with players' money. Despite the fact that I would also love to know.
As go for the separate banking accounts, I would personally ask its former licensed authority. It's sub-license provider GCB Curacao, as far as I can tell. 🤔 I feel such a requirement could be requested license-wise.
That's what I think.
