yes i made a small deposit, i made it 7x(350€) and asked 2 cash outs, 1. 100 euros was processed it normal period before 3 working days but my second cashout 250 is stuck and i receive only some bot - answers from their support team 😛

They are humans but they have some scripted answers, it is like you talk with a bot, anyway they will probably pay just they delay too much to make you cancel your cash outs and play them

Based on what I saw in both the complaints and user reviews, it seems delays are quite regular, so yep, no cancellation and all should be well.

It's been 1 week and the money still hasn't shown up...first they did 4 days...then 5 and now 1 week! Unacceptable things...

Unfortunately, they will delay you a lot 😕
