Could you please explain your question better?
I didn't understand your point, unfortunately.
Hi everyone, I wanted to share my situation with you. Updates will follow.
I should point out that last year (November 2025) I had already won and withdrawn 500 euros on pistol, so for this reason I decided to play it again.
On Friday 17/04/2026 I won some money, and so I made 3 withdrawals of 500 euros.
Theoretically I should have received the first one around Thursday (after 4 working days).
This morning (April 21, 2026), I received an email saying they canceled my withdrawal. I contacted live support and they said it was a problem with my provider. I use Revolut and provided this.
My concern is that the payments are made from a country that is not accepted by Revolut and therefore cancels the transfers, like Iran or Cuba.
Although it must be said that I had already received a payment from them with Revolut.
Now the situation is this: - 2x withdrawals with revolut -1x withdrawal with iban bank transfer (my italian bank) both pending and plus balance on account.
I sincerely hope it's some kind of error and that they don't cancel my withdrawal tomorrow. I hope at least the withdrawal to my Italian IBAN works.
if it doesn't work I'll try:
I'm writing this because I was a little scared that I wouldn't get my money after reading so many negative reviews.
I'll update you on my situation to understand if the gun is legit or a scam that doesn't pay if you win.
I have a question for you: when I withdraw money via bank transfer, it only asks for my IBAN and no other information. Is this normal? Does this happen to you too?
I also want to add that when attempting BANK TRANSFER withdrawals multiple times (i.e. canceling the withdrawal and then doing it again), the same screen with only the IBAN appears, but sometimes another screen appears where you need to enter more information. I managed to make my three withdrawals on this screen (one of which was canceled).
While today I made the withdrawal on my other account via the screen where only the IBAN field appears
I hope they pay me
I hope that they fix the issue soon and you'll get paid.
I believe that you should ask the casino support directly if it is ok that only information about IBAN is shown, they should know best.
So, please keep us informed about every update and in case you need our help, we are here. Ok?
Warning about Pistolo Casino!
I strongly advise against using this casino. There are no deposit limits, withdrawals are verified very slowly, and there are payout limits that make it difficult to get your money.
Customer support is practically nonexistent — emails go unanswered. Most importantly, there is no real player protection.
I am someone struggling with gambling addiction and I explicitly requested that my account be permanently closed with no option to reopen it. Despite this, I was able to reopen my account without any issue, which shows a complete lack of responsibility toward players.
Stay away from this casino.
Hello, that's a really concerning warning, and I appreciate your aim to warn the community.
To have some idea about what went wrong in particular, would you mind sharing the version of those events, please?
Especially the part about the non-closable accounts poses many questions. Did you also mention the gambling addiction while asking for the account closure? I'm asking because it's a crucial aspect.
In any case, if you want to share more, we will be here.
