Parimatch allowed a scammer to steal 5,250 soles from my account. Also, with an account that I never used and is not in my name, how is it possible that anyone can access your account and withdraw the money, now support does not tell me anything about my withdrawal, I do not recommend this page at all if what you want is to take care of your money, there are many better ones.

Hello, this looks like a pretty complex problem. The money being taken out of your account was a withdrawal? You didn't share your account password with anyone or anything like that if that was the case ? 

Do I understand correctly that now you have made the withdrawal and are waiting for the money or are you still being informed about the money that has disappeared ? Have you already had your account verified at this casino ? 

Anyway, the important thing is that you filed a complaint and you did the right thing, because our team will investigate and try to find out what happened. I hope that we can resolve this somehow. 

Dear good evening, I have been playing on pe.parimatch for months but as of this month they won't let me make any withdrawals. They also don't give me a reason why they reject my withdrawals. Only the notification "There has been an error with the payment. The funds have been returned to the customer's account" appears. I contacted customer service and they generated a ticket for me after so much waiting, however 2 days have passed and no one answers me.

Please your maximum support. I see that it is licensed by "gaming-curacao" but when I go to that website I don't see any section where you can file a complaint.

Hi, I noticed that you have a problem with the casino withdrawal and they don't give you any reason why, except that there is a payment error. You didn't find out anything more after you entered the ticket ? I guess the casino will have to investigate further to give you a final answer and until then they have nothing to tell you. What method did you try to withdraw ? 

How long has the whole situation been going on ?

Hello Jaro, since 4/04 they have been rejecting 5 withdrawals. I have met all the conditions to be able to withdraw. I have contacted the chat several times where they do not answer and do not resolve. They generated a ticket for me 5 days ago and it still says "we are working on it." They don't give me any solution and I have 2360 soles in my balance.

It's not nice when the casino doesn't tell you anything. We give them 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process and if they don't we will contact the casino and see if we can sort it out.

However, if by any chance it can be resolved before the time is up, please let us know. Maybe they will get back to you with the ticket you created, but we will have to be patient.

I don't think you will have to wait 14 days, 14 days is calculated from the withdrawal you have made. Also you have 2 days and some hours in a complaint in your timer, so I suppose Kristina will then ask you if you got the money or not and we will probably investigate further and try to contact the casino.
