I'm sorry about this situation. It seems that this casino is not willing to communicate. Our team tried that as well, but without any succes, unfortunately.🤷♀️ In such cases, we are not able to solve any complaints either. If you wish, you can try to file a complaint here and see if there will be any answer from them.

I haven’t used them before. I thought they were legit because they are listed as a bookmaker on oddsmonkey. I don’t know why the live chat seems to blatantly ignore me
Actually, I don't understand that either, and I guess only they have the answer. I would say that you have to keep the players, but I don't think it's that way, because you have a problem and nobody answers.
I found in our review that this casino is also blacklisted on some platforms and has a terrible safety index, so it wasn't the best choice.
So I guess I would prepare myself that it's possible you won't get any money, but I hope I'm not right.
Next time I would probably do a better job of finding information and confirming from multiple sources. 🙁
