As for the withdrawals, at the beginning they worked well and were processed in no more than 4 days, then things changed and we waited 8 days to withdraw without having any certainty of the withdrawal despite paying an 8% commission. Hi Jaro, I have always made withdrawals with bank transfer, the 8% is withheld from the second withdrawal in the month. With today I am 8 days waiting for the withdrawal. Contacting them through support they tell me that the withdrawal has been made and that it is now up to my bank to accept the transfer. I don't know if it's real, usually with the withdrawals made previously everything was successful in an instant, now it has become a feat.

Have you checked with your bank, perhaps? Sometimes it can happen, actually, that the fault is not on the casinos site. You should definitely try to ask the bank about it.

I'd say this is refreshing. Especially when the official user rating is marked as "terrible." I recall that a year ago it was mostly due to heavily delayed payments and mixed funds issues.
