Hello,
I understand that everyone has their own view on these matters, and of course, not all players will agree or be satisfied. You, for example, partly illustrate why forums often seem filled with negative experiences. Happy players rarely comment, because they feel they’d only be attacked for saying something like, "It took some time, but I’m happy with how it ended."
To be transparent, this is one of the reasons why user reviews or forum posts are not part of our Safety Index. Any player can submit a complaint if they believe the casino acted unfairly, and if the case is proven, the casino’s rating is adjusted. Those decisions are based on verified data and mathematical models, not opinions, and I understand that’s not always easy to accept.
Your comment also shows that you might not be familiar with how the Safety Index actually works, and that’s perfectly fine. Still, if you already believe that all reviewers are paid, I’m curious: how do you think we could have a constructive conversation based on mutual respect in that case?
