Oshi

You now have "in addition" to my already previously fully verified account!

(Hundreds of deposits and 2 withdrawals have already been made with the account verified with all the usual documents!)

My Skrill withdrawal was cancelled yesterday!?

Suddenly the reason given was that they no longer needed the selfie of me with my passport from the original registration

No, now it has to be a new selfie "where my elbow has to be visible too!?"

I've been playing online for 20 years and have learned enough lessons! 🙂

So not ok for me

and pure harassment if you win back a little something?

Also, such anger and being made to look stupid is not good for my health!

Had a stroke two years ago

and I just play to distract myself and have fun!

But ok, I took the pictures yesterday and sent them.

(Once with my driving license and once with my passport)

Not easy at all that everything is on there Whole arm with elbow face ID and of course required legible ° 🙂

But I think that is the essence of harassment?

I also always play without a bonus!

and as I said, I have already deposited a hundred times with Oshi!

So why was the Skrill payout

still not processed?

I understand you "only" have a Caribbean license

But you should even

the AskGamblers Certificate of Trust

own..?

Shouldn’t we treat regular customers differently?

When will my payment be "processed" please?

Thanks

Hi, I've read about your withdrawal problem. I think that even though you haven't encountered such a situation yet in terms of account verification and therefore a selfie with a similar request, I have. I have a feeling that this is happening more and more often and casinos sometimes want some pretty strange things from players.

However, I would say that until your selfie goes through and is accepted, it won't be able to be withdrawn and maybe that was the reason for the rejection. But did you ask the casino for any details and did they tell you anything more ? Is the selfie still in verification status or already accepted ?

That's probably the most important thing and then I hope you'll be able to withdraw.

Let me know how it goes or if you still have issues please.

I will be waiting. 👍

Sorry but after 3 mails 1h with new selfies

and 2 posts in Casino Sites like here ..

I lack the nerve and time to ask further .......

It apparently accelerated things! 🙂

it seems that we have now managed to "re" enable the account, which has been verified for years with many documents, to be paid out. 🙂

So it has already been solved after 1 day of trouble

Thank you

Well, I'm glad it's finally solved and you don't have to lose your nerves about it anymore. This approach should be applied more so that casinos try to help as soon as possible.

Thanks for writing and letting me know.

anyway, are you going to stay here to play at this casino ? 😉

Hi Barny,

I'm glad that you finally got your money. I too was required to do a selfie showing my elbow. I just had to comply, what else could you do?

I do suspect Oshi Casino is having a big payment issue, either due to technical (hopefully it's the case, as it can be resolved), or dare I say it, financial issue, that is, having problems paying out withdraws because they simply don't have the money.

Either way, DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO OSHI CASINO, until they resolve their issue.

I still highly encourage Casino Guru to remove Oshi Casino from the #1 position of recommended casino.

My crypto BNB withdraw after 10 days is still pending...

I followed up again today, still the same answer, "please wait".

Finally I summarised the situation and confirmed if that was correct (see attached).

Well, it could look promising since the other player got his money.

However, I would like to follow up on the fact that if the casino has technical problems or the payment porvider is working on fixing an issue, it is not a reason to delete the casino or give it a lower safety index. It's important to remember that this kind of thing happens often and if every casino should be penalized, then it would probably not be a good thing. Sometimes you can't control it, but as long as they work hard and you get your money in the end, that's what counts. And therefore, how the casino is going to handle it. They also communicate with you and don't leave you without an answer, which is also a good sign, so try to be patient and we'll see if you manage to collect your money.

If not we will be here to try and help you. We give casinos 14 days to resolve any problems that might arise, so you're almost there.

Let me know if anything changes.

Hi Jaro,

It has been more than 14 days and no response on my withdraw.

I have constantly contacting Oshi Casino on regular basis, but still end up with the same result... "please wait..."

I have just submitted a complaint on Casino Guru.

Looking forward to hear from Casino Guru and resolve this issue ASAP.

Oh, I'm so sorry. It would be best to know what's behind it, and I'd love it if you got your withdrawal.

You did the right thing by filing a complaint, so we'll see what happens. Feel free to reply to Nick, who has asked some questions.

Just click here. ⬅️

I'll keep my fingers crossed and let you know if anything changes. 🤞

Update:

Withdraw request after 17 days still waiting to be processed...

They're still citing payment provider issue for the delay and just telling me to wait patiently without indicating estimated time of resolution... 🙁

Still the same recommendation from me: Do NOT to play at Oshi Casino, if you want to withdraw your winnings.

Well it looks like the casino doesn't want to misslead if the payment provider has a problem. If they don't know when it might be resolved, they'd rather not give you a specific date.

On the other hand, I would say that's quite a lot and 17 days to wait without any update wouldn't scare me either.

Anyway, I was wondering if you had asked about going with some other alternative where there are no problems.

Have you tried that ?

Jaro

Hi Jaro,

When you say go with some other alternative, you're refering to Oshi's other payment/withdraw options? or You're talking about I should go to alternative online casino?

hayy22wong

Yes you got it right in the first case. I meant some other option to withdraw. It probably wouldn't be the best idea since you would have to wait for God knows how long, but if they have a problem with the payment provider for a certain method, it might be possible to solve it. 🙂

I have asked this question after your post, the customer service, is simply saying I just have to wait in queue for the finance team to process the payment. He did not raise the payment provider's issues.

Nothing I can say will change or put any impact them to processing the payment. They still saying, "please wait for the finance team. Your payment is in the queue".

Can't stress enough "DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO OSHI CASINO!!!" if you want to withdraw any winnings.

Its now 19 days and my BNB crypto withdraw still pending.... (which should really be instant)

NOTE: if really payments are genuinely in a queue (first in first serve), logically you WILL wait more than 19 days before you can see your withdraw.

Okay then, leave the withdrawal as it is so that you don't cancel it and enter the withdrawal via another method and have to wait again, maybe even longer. 🤷‍♂️

I saw that Dominika has contacted the casino and hopefully they will be able to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

If something moves forward, be sure to let me know.

Thanks Jaro

Really looking forward to resolve this issue.

If this doesn't get resolve, I highly recommend Casino Guru to down grade their listing from #1 on your recommended casino.

It was beacause of your #1 recomendation I chose them as my first online casino to try.

I really don't want any one else to experience what I went through. The whole part of casino, win or lose is to be enoyable fun (and not spending time on chat support & this forum chasing up & complaining).

If I may add my point of view, this realy looks like just a delay. In such situations, there is truly nothing to do about it. Well-known, big casinos are weaker to this effect, as far as it seems.

Agreed it's no fun at all.

But don't worry, if any casino fails to pay out its commitments to players, consequences are granted. That's another great feature of the complaint process. Ever heard about blackpoints? 🙂

Anyway, I hope they will put their efforts to the very best use quite soon, and you will be out of this mess in no time 🤞🤞.

Hi Radka,

Thanks for the optimism outlook. 🙂

I agree Oshi casino being #1 rated online casino by Casino Guru, surely they must be professional casino and would resolve such situation promptly and professionally. They must've done something right to earn that status.

Therefore, it is disappointing that they ignored me and ignored Casino Guru's request to respond. It has been 7 days and Oshi casino has yet to contribute to the resolution discussion on my complaint case. Casino Guru has extended another 7 days for their response. Lets hope they'll come to the party and resolve my issue.

Yes, you're right. I firmly believe, as you do, that they will respond to the complaint and the whole situation and that they will not just leave it at that and you will eventually get your money. I reckon that loyal players and those who like the casino should be respected, because you have to keep them. I hope the casino sees it that way and will provide an update with good news. For now, we will have to wait for that to happen. 😉

Likewise, I was still feeling confident that Oshi casino will resolve my issue based on your comment. However, it seems that Oshi casino has totally ignored Casino Guru's request to contribute to resolve my complaint (within the 14 days response time given).

Now I have AU$2200 stuck with Oshi Casino, with now resolution in sight.

From this episode, I truely hope Oshi casino will suffer the consequences of the action or more accurately inaction to help their customers. I highly recommend Casino Guru to downgrade them from the #1 online casino recommendation.

As you can imagine, it is so frustrating.

PS. I contacted Oshi casino again and they still tell me to "kindly please wait"
