Will wait.

Just be patient.

Oshi casino has a section where you can set limits.

If you set a loss limit of €1 then you can't gamble it away anyway.

I'm not going to play them, I don't like the fact that they don't give a time frame, but write a phrase, we don't know!!

My dear friend, you had better get used to it, otherwise you'll grow even more gray hair & completely unnecessarily.

Such is the casino world.

Your general terms and conditions are designed in such a way that you can afford to do this and we accept all of these terms and conditions by registering.

That's the way the casino world is, it's uncomfortable for players to wait, but it's normal for a casino to sometimes play for time as it increases their profit.

Some will now say "I would never do this" but if you had an online casino you would do the same. 🙂

Just relax you can't do more because you absolutely can't influence & control it.

Oshi is an old casino that has been on the market for a long time & I've been playing there for a very long time and have always been paid, even if it sometimes takes a while.

Be patient they will surely release it soon.

That's just the inner fight you against yourself. 🙂

Is also a kind of gamble for the casino whether you survive or become weak and the casino makes more profits through subtle weakness.

Stay strong there are worse things than waiting for money from casinos 🙂

Just noticed an insane 50k max win per day in their terms and conditions. How is this casino rated so highly ?

Hi can you post some screenshot of the limit please ?

As for the casino rating itself, here you can read how the casino is rated and what aspects are important in this process: https://casino.guru/our-casino-reviews

However, are you playing in this casino and did you get this information by accident ? Alternatively, were you about to play and found it in the Terms and Conditions ?

I was about the play when I read the Terms

Yes, thank you, I see it now.

I would like to point out that this is how we treat such things and we have it written in our fair gambling codex.

"If a casino applies a win limit that is not required by law, we approach it differently. If the casino's voluntary (i.e., not required by law) win limit is very high (€500,000 for example), we still don't approve of it, but we are able to tolerate it in most cases (depending on the specifics of the limit), as long as it doesn't apply to progressive jackpot wins.

If a casino voluntarily applies a lower win limit, we decrease its Safety Index and warn players against the casino's restrictive win limit."

So thank you for the information and I'll pass it forward. I suppose you probably won't be playing there if you found this information. Or am I wrong?

This is my first time to play on an online casino. So I chose the #1 listed on Casino Guru - Oshi Casino

I don't know if it's all online casino, but requesting a payout it extremely agonising wait.

Firstly, they say don't need documents for deposits & withdraw

file

Yes, deposit was no documents required. However, when withdraw, they requested lots of documents. Nonetheless, I complied to everything they wanted. Even to the extent of holding my drivers license showing my elbow.

Through customer service chat, they said crypto withdraw should typically take 4 hours. So I waited (with numerous chat to support), but still in progress (not yet processed by their finance team). It has 1.5 days now and still not processed.

Note, I have confirmed with customer support chat that all my documents is in order, so this should not be an issue.

Their chat bot replied on withdraw timeframe as "up to 24 hours" - one would think it's MAXIMUM time frame.

file

Every time I ask for a maximum time frame for the withdraw, they keep on responding "We kindly ask you to wait till our financial team will check your request. I would like to tell you the time frames but I don't want to misinform you"

Also, don't know if this has anything to do with it, I deposit in total about AUD$1000 and now wanting to withdraw AUD$2000.

Questions/issue:

  1. Is this typical for typical for payouts on these online casinos?
  2. When do you think Oshi casino will pay me out (if at all)?
  3. Why is Oshi casino rated #1 on this site?
  4. If Oshi is #1, don't know how bad the other online casino can be.

Any feedback will be great.

I will inform my outcome later.

Hi, I guess I'll start by saying that verification is usually required when the casino asks for it. If they don't need it the first time you make a withdrawal, that's fine, but you may have to verify once, as you have to verify now, and then it shouldn't be a problem anymore. You won't be able to make a withdrawal until the whole process has been completed successfully.

So I think that this kind of thing is common in casinos and it is not abnormal.

When the casino itself will pay you the money they can't say for sure. It depends on when you successfully verify. Then there should be no issue.

We give casinos 14 days to resolve both withdrawal and verification, so if there is still a trouble, you can let me know and we'll see what we can do.

Firstly, on their FAQ, it says don't need documents for deposits & withdraw unless it is suspicious. This is false, as their chat support says all withdraw requires verification due to their licensing requirement.

Obviously deposit required no documentation. However, when withdraw, they requested lots of documents. Nonetheless, I complied to everything they wanted. Even to the extent of holding my drivers license showing my elbow.

Every time I ask for a maximum time frame for the withdraw, they keep on responding "We kindly ask you to wait till our financial team will check your request. I would like to tell you the time frames but I don't want to misinform you" (it feels like a copy & paste response).

Also, don't know if this has anything to do with it, I deposit in total about AUD$1000 and now wanting to withdraw AUD$2000.

Furthermore, I did not use any of their signup bonus, as that restricted my bets to only $5, too little for my bets on roulette.

VERY DISCOURAGING FOR A FIRST TIME ONLINE CASINO EXPERIENCE!!!

What is the typical wait for a first time withdraw?

If I don't receive my withdraw after 14 days, I will certainly raise a complain with Casino Guru.

I am happy to report the withdraw has been approved. Yah!

Not too sure if its because of me posting to this forum (or not).

Nonetheless, I do feel it is not necessary to wait WHOLE 3 DAYS to approve payment.

Now the question, is, if I play again and then withdraw, will it still take the same amount of time to approve?

I might give them another chance by playing small and see how long my next withdraw will take.

Hey!

Thank you very much for sharing your experience. When I saw your first post, I was worried a bit. 😀

In my opinion, there is a good chance that there won't be any additional verification delays if you stick with the same payment option, especially if your account has been fully verified. But as usual, it depends,...

One way or another, I wish you only smooth withdrawals.

Do you think your experience is worth submitting a user review? I'm just asking, of course. No pressure to submit one.

Thanks Radka & Jaro,

Your reply and is great, just for the fact there is somewhere I can express and share my frustration helped (regardless of the result).

I'm very pleased that there is a community here to support each other to navigate this wild & new terrain of online casinos.

After my next withdraw, I will make a review on them

PS I did play a bit more, but end up losing A$1000, so haven't had a chance to test my second withdraw 😛.

Hehe, I think that's what the community is for, to support, advise and inform when players do something they shouldn't. It's a source of information and experience that can be helpful.

Also, you can write a user review anytime, so take your moment when you are ready.

Regarding the fact that you lost, I'm quite sorry, I hope that next time it will be the opposite.

Good luck. ☘️
