I have received the first withdrawal of 500 EUR, and my account verification has finally been completed. I have just requested the withdrawal of the remaining balance of 893 EUR. I will keep this complaint open until the final amount is fully received in my bank account.

That’s encouraging news, your verification is complete and the first €500 has reached you. Hopefully, the remaining €893 will follow without further complications.

It makes sense to wait until the full amount arrives before considering the issue resolved. Please keep your complaint specialist informed of this progress and confirm when the final payment reaches your bank account.

Thank you for updating us here too. I hope your next message will confirm that everything has been paid. 🙂

Here's how things look on my end: After all the KYC checks were finally completed, I received two batches of payments relatively quickly – first EUR 1,480 after a few days, followed by another EUR 2,500 after about 14 days. All other withdrawals, 22 transactions of EUR 2,500 each, were marked as "Processing", with a message via chat stating that I would only receive EUR 10,000 every 30 days.

Today, after around 22 days, all outstanding transfers were suddenly "rejected". Via chat, I received the following response: "Thank you for your patience! The withdrawal was cancelled for technical reasons. Please try submitting the withdrawal request again."

This very much seems like an unfair stalling tactic to me. If I submit a new request now, they will once again take up to 30 days to process the withdrawal.

Hello, I understand this interpretation sounds like the easiest explanation and I guess only the casino knows what specific technical issue has occurred. You obviously won an interesting amount of money and the casino should respect their own maximal withdrawal limits, since that's the purpose of those limits. I can imagine that those 22 processing withdrawals could pose a problem for meeting the real-time process that the payout system runs on. The way I see it, those withdrawals were scheduled quite far in the future, and perhaps the casino wanted to merge them to reduce the number of requests and have a more adequate sum. Like when you turn 5, daily withdrawals are turned into one on a weekly basis with an amount adequately increased.

What do you think about it? Could this scenario be the case? Well, I also understand it was not mentioned to you and I get it's not a pleasant situation.

Were you able to resubmit the requests, please? That's what matters the most, I'd say.

In fact, the casino doesn’t allow withdrawals to be merged into higher amounts. Its system automatically splits them into transactions of no more than €2,500 each, whether you try to withdraw €4,000, €6,000 or €55,000. I’ve now tried withdrawing €4,990 to see whether they comply with their own five-day processing limit. The system split it into two transactions: €2,500 and €2,490. In five days, we’ll know whether they honour their own terms or delay the withdrawals again.

Hello and thank you very much for sharing this. I was hoping this situation would occur as a result of some positive concern about future withdrawals. Now it appears differently.

Or at least I now see no benefits in this split. You are correct; we shall see in the upcoming days.

Let's stay in touch.
