They now confirmed that everything has been accepted and confirmed. The request for withdrawal was placed on 22 September 2026. They now told me, based on their terms and conditions, that they will only allow 10.000 EUR withdrawals every 30 days. So I assume that the whole amount would need some good 6 months. I am afraid there is not much to do against it so let's see if the first payment arrives soon.

Hello..they usually take a day to check the selfie..the one I sent yesterday..it was a screenshot from a video I took so that the data would be clearly visible...and today I went in to see..they had deleted the photo..the one with the screenshot..and they asked for another selfie with the ID..I spoke to support and they told me that it had been photoshopped...I sent a clean one again today..please help me..what do we do..I have no more patience..the stress and everything has reached a point..I want to get my money.

Screenshot from a video sounds like a good idea but it's actually an altered source; thus, I would instead focus on the purpose or instructions. Let's try together for a moment: it appears that now the point is to provide a selfie of you holding the readable ID. Is that so? Can you try to pick one? For example, rest the phone on some piece of furniture, set autoshot, and then look at which specific area the camera photographed, then set the camera again to autoshot, maybe a sequence of several shots at once could be handy and then take the ID into one hand close to your face, stepping into the area so you best fit in the ID and the face.

Or you can ask someone else to help you take that picture. I know it's called a selfie, but I would try that anyway if it helps.

That may have been the problem: you took a screenshot from a video. If the casino asked for a selfie with your ID, I’d take a photo exactly as requested. Since you’ve sent another one, let’s see what they say, but I wouldn’t use another screenshot from a video.

I also asked how long you’ve been trying to complete verification. Could you answer that as well?
