I’ve actually been a VIP member with them for over five years now, and as far as I know, they’re still open. They’ve always been one of the best casinos around, to be honest. I even asked my VIP manager directly if they were closing, and she confirmed that they’re not. When I mentioned that I read on Casino.guru that NineCasino was listed as closed, she told me that they don’t take responsibility for what’s said on other websites.

I think they are overloaded with too many players and they can’t attend to so many . That’s what I’m guessing but they won’t say anything about it .

This casino hasn't paid out for months after several successful withdrawals I made. My account has been verified since last year, and now they keep saying it's not verified and ask for all the documents I sent before, plus many more. I send them, and they still reject them for absurd reasons, like one of the documents having a certain name on it, or that the documents aren't original, and a thousand and one other excuses.

If you look at the reviews on Trustpilot, you'll see that this casino uses something that I believe is illegal, wrong, and immoral, which causes it to get a lot of 5-star reviews, making the real reviews, most of which are negative, invisible.

If it's not closed, it should pay and close, as it's clear it has problems.

I created an account in 2023, played and lost thousands of euros in the casino, but that's part of who plays casino.this month something unbelievable and criminal happened! when I was making some profit mainly with sports betting, I deposited 3000€ on Friday to bet on the weekend, I won some bets and lost others and on Sunday I had a balance of 6600€, I then asked for a withdrawal of 5000€ (daily maximum) and I was left with 1600€ balance in the account.

On Monday I logged into my account and saw that my withdrawal had been canceled and my balance was at €0, with no justification whatsoever from the casino.

I contacted my VIP manager Natália, who told me she didn't know anything but would try to find out what happened! After a week my account was suspended and they justified it by saying that I had used bonuses improperly, pointing to a paragraph in their terms and conditions that is criminal and gives them free rein to use them whenever they don't want to pay the customer.

I didn't use any kind of bonus, I won everything in sports bets made with real money deposited by me, I sent all the prints, of deposits and sports bets won but it hasn't done any good so far, they can't show me the bonus I used (because it doesn't exist) they don't have any kind of proof, unlike me who has already sent them all the proof that the money was won legitimately. But they won't pay me the money.

I've always liked the casino and I've never believed certain comments I've seen, while I was losing a lot more than I was winning there was never any kind of problem, the problem was only now that I've made a derisory profit compared to what I lost there.

Be careful, it's criminal what you've done to me and I'm sure I'm not the first and I won't be the last!

If you really haven't used any bonuses, they should see it in your account for sure and then pay out your winnings. I hope that your VIP manager is a good manager and will help you out with this issue.

Unfortunately, as it is related to sports, we won't be able to investigate the matter, but you should also file a complaint on some other sites that could help, you know.

I also played casino at the weekend, and I even made some profit, and I have the prints that confirm it, but 90% of the money I won was in sports bets made in the sports section of Nine casino.They refuse to pay, they don't prove to me what I did wrong because they say they are not obliged to present any kind of proof to the customer.They are criminals, without any kind of moral code or honesty towards the customer. I ask you to help me in this case because I don't know who else to turn to. I have prints of the sports bets won with the respective dates and also of some casino bonuses purchased that made a profit on the same dates.
