Hi Jaro well live chat operator was telling me that they need additional ID in form of driving licence that I don't even own . I uploaded my passport again trough site not trough email and waiting for review (great to know that scammer is in possession of my documents). They never mentioned that passport is not good, they even approved selfie with same passport but not passport itself 🤣🤣 🤯 I emailed too and told em I don't have any other form of ID . Also at first my proof of address was ticked off as verified but now they asked for paper form that I already provided. Also none of their games are working so I guess they didn't pay their providers . I asked in chat why their games not working and they said I need vpn 🤣🤣🤭 I didn't need it before .I will wait on few more days and if this time not approved I will definitely want to file in complain. Thank you for asking .

Well, let's wait and be patient and see how it all develops. Be sure to take a screenshot when the casino tells you that you can use a VPN in case of any problems.

It's pretty sad when the casino keeps asking the same thing from you, approving and then the same thing over and over again.

You've got nerves of steel I'd say.

I'll wait for an update then. 🙂

Hello guys just quick update . It wasn't possible to verify documents. Definitely scam so I got rid of balance in 2 minutes on high stake 500£ per spin. Definitely wouldn't bother to waste time trying to get sense out of this .

Oh when it took so long I said it was possible to lodge a complaint with us. Haven't you thought about it? Our team would try to find out what would be needed and help you.

That way the casino basically won and maybe even got what it wanted and I'm very sorry you lost money. It's certainly not good publicity and it's even more sad if it's not a small amount of money.

However, nothing can be done now, even though I hate to say it. But if you ever have a similar problem again, don't hesitate to contact us, maybe not everything will be lost.

Yes I understand but it would be lost time and also luckily I didn't lose much of my own money. I think if deposited big amount and then being scammed then I would have will power to deal with this individual. Anyway thank you for willingness to help . Wish you a lovely day .

Too bad, because even if in the end it wasn't much what you deposited, your right to win was not extinguished. But the decision has been made, so the only thing you can do is to take a lesson and hopefully it won't happen again.

I wish you a nice rest of the day too. 😉

Don't even try, scam site 200% need no review to be sure. Instead try heats casino or deloro casino . My personal experience that widraval is actually instant and no scams.

Incredible.. never happened to me.. to wait even 3-4 days but 4 times it is rejected due to high volume of requests.. incredible. I have a withdrawal of € 400 but now if it is rejected as it seems again.. I delete them and move on.. unfortunately you can also find shitty people like this even in 2025

Hi I have the same problem. They have rejected my withdrawals over 15 times now even though my account is fully verified. They tell you to email support but they never reply to you. It seems like a fraudulent casino who don't pay winnings. I have made a complaint with casino.guru but I'm not holding out much hope. Its unacceptable and they should be closed down

You have a suggest for sport betting?

Hi there, today has all been about trying out new casinos! So based on the rating on CasinoGuru, I deposited two or three times today on NinBet and won £1200 so I decided to withdraw.

I heard nothing from the casino and logged in this afternoon to find the money has been returned to my balance, again, no email from them to explain.

They say for questions, contact live chat, but there is no option for live chat, nor does a widget appear.

Based on the reviews I am reading on Trust Pilot about this casino where every review that seems legit is one star, I am curious to know if you have a contact for NinBet that you can raise this with as I have no way of contacting them, and then also, how you get your score so high of them!?

Not that I am having a go at you but I am curious as I trust Casino Guru but got dodgy feelings now about NinBet due to the zero communication from them so far...

Thanks

Hello.

Have you checked the spam folder in your email as well, please?

Many times it happens that emails from online casinos go there, you know. So, please do that and let us know if you have received anything.

Also, is your account verified at this casino? Have you tried to withdraw again, just in case there was some technical glitch?

If you are interested to know how we review online casinos, please read our article about it here.

Hey Romi

Yeah, spam all checked and promos etc after reading other people's issues with this casino. The live chat feature now does not work at all, despite trying several times and there is absolutely radio silence on email.

What worries me is that this is the same as what everyone else says on Trust Pilot and your own site.

Regarding verification - I haven't done so yet, mainly because I have not been asked to do so or been communicated with, but I am also nervous about sending my private documents to what could be a bunch of crooks?

Now - despite my feedback being the same as many others on here and Trust Pilot, I would ask you if you could get in touch with them yourself to find out what is going on and see if they respond to you...

If they do not, then surely the score you have given them needs looking into?

I'd like to see if you can get anything out from them about my situation first before I send my private and sensitive info to them?

Someone is there as someone is manually knocking back my withdrawal requests...

All sounds very fishy, don't you think?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to get in touch with the casino without you filing a complaint. Only then could our complaint team try to contact them.

So, if you believe that there is no chance of getting in touch with them at all, as you said, please file a complaint here.

Hopefully then we'll be able to help.

Hello Romi,

May I ask you two short questions:

  1. How can it be that a casino has a security index of 8.9(!!!) even though it has neither a license nor an unknown owner?
  2. How do you intend to handle a possible complaint if no owner/operator is known?

Thanks!

I can reasure you they are scam 1000% . I won 17 000 £ straight away blocked from chat then completely ignoring verification documents. On the end they messaged me that they need driving licence and when I said I don't have only passport or ID then never replied again . I bet all this money on max bet and never looked back

Hello,

there is no other explanation than what you'll find here:

+

complaints:

file

Any particular reason why you ask? If you give me some details, I will respond to the details, no problem.

Perhaps it would be good that our Indexes are different from other ratings found across the internet. Our numbers are algorithm-based, supported with data. Which means they are only based on aspects my colleagues are able to calculate or add based on the unresolved complaints.

This is not very common and also not very well known.

Honestly, the explanation may be quite complex and complicated, so I would rather not start with it all at once.

Complaints are not related to the owner but rather to the affiliates through which we try to pressure them into cooperating with management or support to resolve the problem for the player.

Well, if I may, it is sad that you did not come here to submit the official complaint. If you ever struggle at a casino, visit any review webpage and complain, please. What other ways are there to investigate or confront the casino and its procedures? Without the players' involvement, very little can be done. 🙁

Hello Radka,

Thanks for your answer.

Often we more or less agree, but unfortunately this time definitely not... *smile*

Aside from the fact that it's probably difficult to contact the casino through "partners" if the owner is unknown, I see in the complaints that you don't have any direct contact with the casino (of course, anyone can easily contact support).

At the same time, I wonder how you came to the information that this is a very large casino with an annual turnover of > €20,000,000, although—as already mentioned—no owner is known...

Regardless of the fact that, in my opinion, it is absolutely dubious for an online casino to only state "Casino is owned and operated by a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao," I find the following very amusing, since it appears (and this is also your opinion) that Ninbet does not have a license, but the T&C states, among other things:

If this information can be trusted (I don't, by the way), then Ninbet does indeed hold a Curaçao license, or the mention that one should contact the "Curaçao eGaming Commission" if necessary is the most hypocritical approach I have ever seen, and at the same time, it would be intentional deception/fraud!

Conclusion: I think that my claims, including the evidence, are very well justified!
