like I said I feel like I’m getting the exact same run around here generic pointless questions I have sent a plethora of information to you. Isn’t it enough that they are knowingly not following regulations by deliberately targeting customers from restricted countries ??? And please save the "it’s in their terms and conditions rubbish" We both know the majority of these casinos are run by ruthless capitalists 🐷 who have no morals or regard for the law that governs them. I also provided written communication where they claimed to have sent my money to me therefore placing the blame on the bank (absolutely load of rubbish) and wiping their hands of any responsibility. Needless to say I was not one bit surprised that they could not provide proof of transfer…really? 😂 what company of that size with an entire finance department cannot produce a remittance advice ? 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Can you please be transparent here for everyone to understand? How is it that this company that like you said receives a lot of complaints have a trust factor rating so high courtesy of Casino Guru? does Casino Guru or its employees have any affiliation where there is some form of benefit provided by Neospin ??

Id have no fear on betting my life savings on that bet.! If you cannot fathom the conflict of interest that brings the worlds gone mad

Hello, to be clear and direct, this issue does not involve forum admins. We do our best to address your concerns despite that. The complaint is indeed an investigation and its goal is to get the situation resolved. However, we are not the licensing authority, so we cannot address all the legal issues that players are concerned about. That's a fact.

We aim to say which casino pays and which does not based on casino rules. I understand this is probably not common knowledge, but it is explained in our codex:

I can assure you, however, that my colleagues are not blind, and if you, the players, provide such descriptions and the pattern repeats, they will work with it. However, you would not find this information in a casino review or a forum. However, we focus on providing lists of casinos that pay and cooperate with players when necessary.

Of course, I understand that from your perspective, it may not be enough and I am not here to push it.

Hello, sadly, no. There is nothing, aside from patience and cooperation, to speed up the complaint. The reality is that we have more than 1k opened complaints and less than 25 people to process them. No room for speeding up anything at this point.

May I know what problem you face with your account, which you mentioned earlier? Is it about your Casino Guru account, please?

Perhaps when you are shown undeniable evidence that a Casino is breaking the law by not following the regulation requirements for example advertising and accepting customers that they clearly are prohibited from targeting . It’s pretty simple they don’t follow regulations !!!! that should automatically qualify as a black listed casino that you do not condone or promote. Yet because some times they pay out and I highlight "sometimes" how the hell does that give you the confidence to label the casino with a "high trust factor"?

Neospin have cancelled a payout due to technical difficulties asked me to try again or change method and I now can't log in , site blocked. Any advice. All very suspect. I checked sister sites and ok.

Yes still the same, apparently issues with my payment method for withdrawal despite previous withdrawals. I have changed the method as per their instruction. This has been going on since the 17th because of course, every time they reject the payment the 48 hours starts again. I have had a long break and I must say they are so much slower than they were a few months ago. I will keep you posted with the outcome.

It has hit my bank, it took 6 days but I have it. Time to close the account, that has turned me off completely. I feel like as soon as I started putting deposit limits in place things changed, I they hide behind terms and conditions but we have seen the tactics play out in the courtrooms.

Thank you for always keeping up with complaints, it's very reassuring.

hi everyone from support keeps telling me wait 48 hours and some saying 72 hours but even after that nothing is getting processed

Only extra thing support telling me that they have forwarded the request to finance department to investigate but that ain’t helping anymore

even i raised a complaint here on casinoguru and seems they don’t wanna pick the complaint aswell, they have picked other players complaint who submitted way after mine

their is something really sus going on with Neospin, soo many negative reviews in last 6 months in all websites
