Okay could you add a screenshot of what it specifically said to you please ? Can you try to open complaint from another browser, or another device and delete cookies ? That might help. 🙂
My experience with this casino and others like it:
They do not require initial verification so you can play with it. They have a wide catalog of slot and roulette games with many jackpots, which I would consider positive. But unfortunately, the negative always stands out more.
