I suggest you focus your full attention on the complaint instead of this forum. If you believe a casino is a scam because you suspect they use bots or AI, I have very little to add. You have addressed us the very same way as the casino and I told you it was not appropriate. Calm down, and start acting reasonably, please.
Perhaps you did not notice, but we live in a world where AI is on the rise, which means that it gets more and more popular across the business. So no, bot chat does not prove the casino is a scam. This is getting very common, by the way.
