So. I've wondered myself whether casinos are really concerned about moral issues. Money laundering, the source of the money, the legal activities of the players, etc. In itself, it's okay if they ask for a few documents, but some casinos seem to use this as a delay in paying out the money.
Some casinos have asked for very unusual documents, such as a lot of bank statements.
Casinos should be more concerned with ensuring that players get their winnings. That is proper and appreciable customer service.
