Nun musste ich eine Adressänderung anfordern und sie meinten nach deren DSGVO (wie kann ein casino sowas haben ? sehr komisch) dauert das bis zu 30 Tage (um eine Zeile abzuändern) nun wollen die es 30 Tage strecken damit die nicht gleich auszahlen müssen. Kann man da was machen ? Der Support schreibt immer das selbe und verweist auf die DSGVO und meinten es wird bestimmt bald geprüft. Die anderen Dokumente wurde am selben Tag geprüft und das plötztlich seit schon fast einer Woche nicht....
