That shouldn't be a problem. What is it showing when you want to open one?

Maybe you can try to clear cookies, submit complaint from another device or use another browser.

I can't find Mr Bet to be a casino, that's the problem.

No idea... I've filed complaints twice in my life and, strangely enough, received my full payout the next day 😉 but... I kind of accept that OC just takes a little more time than maybe necessary. I don't know... the IMPORTANT thing is never, ever cancel your cashout!!! The casino has already won and you'll lose everything 99% of the time 🙈

Yes, it's happened often in the past, but I won 6k, so I don't care. I've been waiting for 6 weeks.

Six weeks is a really long time... and I think something's going to be problematic. I can't imagine waiting that long for a cashout these days! (I myself waited a long time for 12K)

Now I have €12,000 and supposedly need to re-verify, but everything keeps getting rejected. Do you have any experience with large payouts there?
