The Happy Monday bonus is a bonus that must be turned over only 1x and can be played anywhere.

These are not free spins (those spins are a scam), that bonus is real money with which you can play any game. And when you invest it only 1x, it is at your disposal. I don't know if you understood me.

Tajbonus amounts from 10 euros to 50. It depends

But mozart has many more bonuses.

There is a bonus awarded every 15 minutes 7 days a week.

It is a bonus for betting on live sports events.

For example: The football match has started. You play live any outcome. It doesn't matter how much money you paid. YOU apply for the bonus. It is awarded on the round hour plus every 15 minutes. So in 1 hour 4 x bonus.

For example at 5 p.m....the next at 5:15 p.m....the next at 5:30 p.m....the next at 5:45 p.m.

And so on all 7 days a week. If you played a live ticket at 5:05 p.m., apply for the draw at 5:15 p.m.

That bonus is about 100 euros, and at the end of the week at 10 p.m. 1 player gets a bonus of about 1,500 to 2,500 euros.

And there are many more bonuses, some of which are up to 100,000 euros.

All these bonuses are INSTANTLY AVAILABLE in the account and can be withdrawn.

Mozzart is a total scam website. Their FAQ is conveniently under construction so you can not check their terms and conditions. I inititated a withdrawal and their website is broken and does not tell whether it’s processed or not. The email support is telling me it will take minimum two business days, usually up to seven. Mozzart is a total scam and they refuse to process withdrawals. And yes, I am fully verified.

Hello there.

It may also be a technical platform problem, which you quite well described. Thank you for that.

Feel free to complain once you are ready. Hope it won't take too long.

Mozzart does not process withdrawals at all during weekends. So we will see how this actually goes.

I see, that's quite common.

What about working days, do you think they address withdrawal requests daily or just a few days per week?

I have played for almost ten years and never have I encountered a casino that does not process withdrawals during weekends. We will see when these guys do. Nothing has happened today, website is very vague and customer support tells me to wait. They claim to handle withdrawals in two business days. I made the request 2 pm on Saturday, so they have around 23 hours left to make good on that promise.

Yeah, pretty sure Mozzart are a scam casino. Now they are making up 'public holidays' as an excuse not to pay. So now, according to them, I now have to wait at least till wednesday untill processing starts for payments. I have waited already from saturday. This is not normal. Having to wait almost a week to MAYBE get your withdrawal is just surreal. How do these scammers have an MGA license?file

Lucky you, then.

Sure, let's see what comes next. Which payment method did you opt for, by the way?

Something swifter? Honestly, since you have been playing for some time, you likely understand that the withdrawal speed limits mentioned in the terms are merely illustrative and actually depend on the current state of the queue. Plus, public holidays are to be respected, especially when banks get involved. 🙂

Well, thank you for this live demonstration. Looking forward to seeing you paid out!

In ten years, the longest I have waited for a withdrawal to be accepted is one business day. So stating that it usually takes two business days is pretty bad in today's casino landscape, and yo make excuses about 'public holifays' is just scammer lingo for not wanting to pay. From what I've seem, casinos are more effective during holidays since that's when players play the most. And obviously they will get queues if they do not work on weekends and from what it seems, celebrate made up holidays on mondays and tuesdays. That's their own fault and the player should not suffer from their unwillingness to work.

I am not in the wrong for wanting my money. Two business days are up in three hours and I have waited since saturday. That is an extremely long wait when most casinos process withdrawals instantly. And my payment method has nothing to do with the fact that the personnel at the casino are unable to press one button for four days now.

Umm, I'm not going to respond to this. Your complaints speak volumes. And no one said, "You're wrong for wanting your money."

You are an experienced player, and you know the reality, I reckon. Wait two days to account for any public holidays, and remember that when the casino informed you they do not process withdrawals during the weekend, it was not a scam. It's not a scam to wait four days either. Dear yoyeli, scam means a casino that never intends to pay. Let's be specific.

It seems this is a recurring issue we encounter together. On one hand, you continue to share your experiences, yet you still begin every single post by accusing any casino of being a scam, even when your description contradicts your frustration.

Well, you too speak volumes but it is hard to give you the moral credit under such circumstances.

I hope your day gets off to a good start, because I do not want to go over and over here.

"And my payment method has nothing to do with the fact that the personnel at the casino are unable to press one button for four days now." I have no further comments; this behavior is typical for you.

Best of luck.

Well, I'd say this is the end. Our forum is built on respectful exchanges, not repeated claims of scams or personal attacks on other members when opinions differ. Reasonable people do not engage in police persuasion in forum debates. It is a gesture.

You’ve had many opportunities to engage constructively, but unfortunately, your posts continue to escalate conflicts rather than foster discussion. At this point, it’s best that you find a platform that suits the way you prefer to communicate.

I wish you the best going forward, closing your forum access.

I immediately saw from the way this member expressed himself that it was not a bad experience with the mozzart casino but his personal frustration for some other reason (losing money for example). The mozzart company is a very serious casino with a tradition of 25 years and more. I said it all. Thank you.

I'm glad you have this positive experience from this casino.

How long do you play there for?

They are the best of the worst. While "Domestos" works for some, it's blown out for them, so, hands down, they know how to give. But, in general, they can go a month without a win on the slot, whether they play hard or at the minimum! That's why they will drink "Domestos", because no one is an idiot anymore...

If you feel like you can't win, it's always better to leave it for a while and stop playing. Unfortunately, in casinos, you often lose sooner or later, so the advantage is on the casino's side. Especially if it's been going on for a long time, I don't see any reason to keep playing and trying your "bad luck."
