Something needs to be done with this online casino. They completly stopped responding to live chat, and not only for me for other users as well. There is a big rectangle on their website that leads to this website. A lot of users will think this casino is legitimate and safe based on the information presented here. This can cause unimaginable financial damage to any user that decides to join this website.
If they were able to play me like this, imagine what happened with people who did not found the power to fight back. Just imagine how many people lost money here.
I have solid evidence that this Casino is an online scam, please take action and help users understand that this is not safe at all and they could potentially loose their life savings, and not to gambling but to scammers.
We do not take such information lightly, so I ask you to provide the solid evidence you mentioned through the open complaint. That would be really helpful.

Yeah so I have been scammed as well. Probably deposited 700 eur the past 6 months there and finally managed to win some. A 950 eur withdrawal was requested on aug 20. Now over a month later and after tons of chat and email interactions along with many KYC documents being sent I still have no money. Oh, and they removed the live chat.
I relied on getting those 950 eur. Stupid, I know but now I am stuck with nothing to eat basically. This shit has had such a bad impact on my health. How can they do this to people?

Morespin is a complete scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Quite happy to take my money but when I tried to make a withdrawal (only 750 euros) they stopped contact. It has now been pending for 7 weeks! Will not reply to multiple emails, LiveChat stopped working and even a complaint on here went unanswered. Complete scam casino with no way of getting my money.

I signed up whilst on holiday as I couldn't use my usual casino as I was out of the UK. Also I saw it had good reviews (at the time) here. They still have a link to this website before you sign up. Will stick to my usual casino and avoid these scammers in the future
This is probably the most sensible thing to do and I agree with your decision, because if a player has a similar experience I think he will become even more cautious and prefer to stay with a casino that is already proven.

i was one of the first players who warned you all for this scam from the first beginning.i deposited 100โฌ and won 900โฌ fairly .after requesting a withdrawal they immidiatly started the verification and i immidiatly got the feeling this is not right so i played my wins away and told them they will lose more then 900โฌ .and as you see i had it right .my 6th sense never fail .i wich all these victims just had red my comment here .the problem is they eventualy will close this casino and open a new one under other name .once a thief always a thief .
And if you had kept the balance and submitted the complaint back then, we would have had a fair chance to investigate. I'm sorry, but such warnings can't affect the calculated safety index. ๐
