Sounds to me quite positive, even though no one has actually specified how fast was the verification process. Have you got any confirmation from the support about them receiving your documents? Or maybe some kind of information in your account, like the status of the account? You always can ask them, just to be sure everything is ok. I wouldn't be too skeptical, it is not unusual, especially with the first withdrawal, the casinos need this kind of documents as a proof to get the KYC done. Please let us know if anything new happens.

First I uploaded the driver's license, telephone bill and the debit from the account (deposit) in my profile. I wouldn't be worried yet even though I know that if you don't get a reply for 4 days it's certainly not pleasant. The casino has to make all the necessary checks and when everything is in order I'm sure they will get back to you. But have you tried asking in chat how your account verification is going ? 

Regarding the withdrawal, you write that you have already received one, so I think it's all the better and there's nothing to worry about so far. I strongly believe that once the casino has checked your documents and everything is in order, you will eventually be able to withdraw.

The RTP is bad, you very rarely get free spins or a win after the 10th deposit.

As far as the payout goes, HORROR, it takes forever. First they say in the chat that the payout will be processed in 24 hours, then they say after 72 hours the payout is still being checked by another department and all this even though you are verified.
