How does this brand, that opened like today already have 8.8/10 rating.. very weird. no "not proven over time" or "fresh casino" - instant high rating.. .

Thank you for your question. I'm glad you asked. I'm not from the Data team so I can't really provide too many details, but when I'm looking at it in our internal system, I can see they're part of a larger and well established group of casinos under Royal Partners Club.

Since this group is led by the same people who run other well rated casinos and this new casino doesn't have any negative points in terms of strange terms and conditions etc., they earned a better rating than a standard fresh casino where we lack any sort of detailed information about them.

So simply said, we know who's behind the casino and we believe it's gonna be as good as other casinos from the group 🙂

I think the Monro Casino is good, I registered there a few days ago.

I received a 150% welcome bonus and implemented it successfully. The verification and payment took less than 2 days. I paid out 1700 euros

I don't understand the negative posts, I haven't had any problems.

Hello, you can see the negative posts because every player can have different experiences in the casino, so that's why it's like that.

Nevertheless, it's nice to see a player who also has positive feedback, like you mention now. You won quite a nice sum and I see that there were no difficulties in making a withdrawal. What method did you use to withdraw when it took two days for the money to arrive ? 🙂

Hi, Thank You. The money was in the account very quickly and I paid it out using a bank transfer. The money was transferred as an instant transfer, so it was quick.

Thank you for your reply. I thought it was that way too.

Since you've had a good experience, I assume you'll stay with the casino. Does this casino also have something that won you over and you like to play here? 🙂

I've been asking the casino to block my account for 3 weeks, but nothing is happening. You get new offers, but your account is not blocked.

For me it is inexplicable that the customer's wishes are not followed!

I would feel the same! though I'm a bit surprised, I must add. I took this casino for a decent one.

May I know how they responded to your requests?

I signed up for this casino based on guru’s 8.4 safety index, I made a deposit with my debit card only to be told by my bank there was foreign currency charge of 2.80 on every 50 euro.

I cancelled deposit and asked chat what’s this charge about and who are SS Cypress mutual that’s the payment provider they use, at no point was I told

they will be any foreign currency charges CUSTOMERS Beware

That's annoying...

Thank you very much for sharing. Have you perhaps checked their terms and conditions for further details before you sent the money?

I found this:

"Our exchange rates are updated regularly, and it is the User’s responsibility to check the applicable rates on "Deposit" ("Cashier") page before proceeding with transactions involving an exchange of currency. For deposits and withdrawals in most currencies, the Company reserves the right to add a margin to the mid-market exchange rate provided by Open Exchange Rates."

I found nothing to tell me that a currency fee was been attached to my deposit, especially when it was within European Union (Cyprus which currency is the euro) you should tell customers in your reviews as a negative that you will be charged a fee attached to all deposits regardless of your location, regardless what you say about what you found that’s part of your job and you should let your customers know about all this, I contacted the cypress gambling authority and the told me gambling not allowed in there country and monro only use them as payment processors (Cypriot mutual) all done in euros. Strange that one I will send email to gambling commissioner in EU and see what they come back with, if they hold a license to practice within EU then can’t see why fee attached to every deposit in Euro, I will update as soon as I get reply from EU commissioners office

Okay, we'll wait with what update you'll come up with.

As for some information, we are trying to include in the review sometime with the help of the players. We try to inform and support as much as possible, but we can't include everything. That is why it is important for players to read the Terms and Conditions.

Also, if you have learned that there are fees on deposits, then you have the option not to play here if you don't like it.

I was one of 30 "lucky" players to receive a no deposit bonus with 30x wager and maximum withdrawal of 10x the amount won from freespins. Won 46 EUR and managed to wager the bonus which resulted in 467.8 EUR withdrawable balance.

I immediately completed the KYC which was quick and easy.

After that I contacted live chat and asked if they needed a deposit from me to make a withdrawal to which they said this (see screenshot)

Today my withdrawal was cancelled and they want me to make a deposit of 467.8€ and wager it 3x before a withdrawal can be done.

The amount you need to deposit is surely some kind of mistake, I would say. Usually, to verify a payment method, there is a minimum deposit players need to make. Please try to ask the support if the amount is right, because it really is weird. Let us know what the answer will be, and after that, we will see what can be done with this issue.

Follow up, they are okay to charge deposit fee, but must make it clear to you before any deposit.

I got email back from Irish gambling commissioner and some sweeping changes coming in July 2024, let’s watch all of them jump ship like rats on a sinking ship

well done Ireland

withdrawals can’t be cancelled and transparency conditions to be tightened can’t wait to see how much thinks will change and how many casino will stay doing business, I know it effect the U.K. market with loads of casino’s bailing out of U.K market.

I believe, however, that tightening up some of the rules and regulation should only make it better. I would like to hope that a lot of the rogue casinos will then have no choice but to stop operating in such countries and hopefully only those that do it honestly will be left.

Thanks for taking an interest and also for sharing this information with us. I think it can be quite helpful.

I thought it had to be some kind of mistake as well but nope they still say I need to make a deposit of the entire current balance and wager it 3x

Have you found this rule in the bonus terms, though? This is pretty unusual, I could say.🤷‍♀️

I didn't find it at first but here it is.
