This is exactly what should not happen when a player wants to self-exclude. I understand that players often confuse this with closing an account, when the casino tries to keep the player in some way, but I think self-exclusion is more serious.

Ich wartete dann 72 Stunden. Wurde von livechat sogar gesagt das ich mich am 7.1.26 um 00.01 melden kann und mir geholfen wird. Jetzt warte ich schon ein paar Tage auf die Email. Schreibe jeden Tag in live Chat. Ich war immer sehr zufrieden mit dem casino. Bitte um Hilfe
