Hello, the casino has extremely long processing times. I described it in detail in my complaint. My first two withdrawals, from April 16th and 17th, were processed, and €500 each was transferred on May 2nd. However, one of the €500 was immediately withdrawn by the casino, with the pretext that my bank had declined it, which the bank refuted. A further inquiry with the casino revealed that there was supposedly a technical problem, even though the money was visible at the bank. So, on May 2nd, only €500 arrived once. I requested new withdrawals on May 2nd and within another two days, and I've been waiting again ever since. This time, after consulting Skrill, because my bank is supposedly having problems, which isn't true. It's probably a delaying tactic. How long will it take to pay out the €12,000 under these circumstances?
Hallo, dass Casino hat extrem lange Bearbeitungszeiten. Ich habe es ausführlich in der Beschwerde beschrieben. Meine ersten 2 Auszahlungen vom 16.4. Und 17.4. Wurden bearbeitet und am 2.5. Jeweils 500 Euro angewiesen. 1x 500 wurde jedoch direkt vom Casino zurück geholt, mit dem Vorwand, dass meine Bank abgelehnt hat, was von der Bank widerlegt worden ist. Eine erneute Nachfrage beim Casino ergab, dass angeblich eine technische Störung vorlag, obwohl das Geld bei der Bank zu sehen war. Also kamen am 2.5. Nur 1x 500 Euro an. Ich habe am 2.5. U weitere 2 Tage direkt neue Auszahlungen beantragt und warte erneut seitdem. Diesmal nach Absprache auf skrill, da ja angeblich meine Bank Probleme macht, was nicht stimmt. Es ist vermutlich Hinhaltetaktik. Wielang soll es unter diesen Umständen dauern die 12000 Euro auszuzahlen?

I can't assure you how long it will take, but as you can see the casino has quite long periods to give money to the players. You will definitely have to be very patient and not gamble with the money and wait.

Didn't the casino need any documents or anything like that from you?
Thank you. I've contacted the casino twice about verification. Each time, they told me I'd be asked to do so at some point...I can't verify at the moment.
