I've noticed that the speed of withdrawals depends on that. Sometimes they take that level away from you if you don't play.

Problem: I play almost every day, they take me out of ViP, it's illogical.

I think that if you win and withdraw, they lower your VIP level because they just did it to me.

Nothing, I guess. I waited for a response from the casino, but nothing came. Now they've extended it for another 7 days (of which only 4 remain), but so far the casino hasn't responded to the complaint, meaning the case will be closed as unresolved in 4 days. I'm really at a loss.
