Hello,
The technical issue is just a lie to not pay, make you cancel and lose. A lot of players actually cancel and lose.
I have been told for a month that there were technical issues. I suggested them to pay with neteller or skrill and after a month I got paid with skrill so if skrill was OK, I don't understand why they didn't pay when I suggested it in the first place.
But I'm glad they didn't, luckily I canceled and went up from 400 to 1100. But I could have lost all.
Yeah, i made withdrawal with Skrill (still in progress lol). So i guess its only about time wining, so players can cancel their winnings to lose it.
I made my withdrawal with Bank transfer option. If this week nothing happens I will suggest to pay me with skrill. I am not going to cancel 4800€. That's a lot to risk.
Honestly, I would not do that either.
lots of casinos now experiencing troubles with their payment providers, and can't accept debit cards as an option, some even can't offer Neteller to certain countries. I would not lose the balance because of the technical issue. Wait for the complaint to resolve, please.
Hello,
can't speak on behalf of the casino - nor do I want to 🙂, but I feel that suggesting players to lose their account balance, just because you think that the casino is lying is not actually a good idea.
Browse the forum and you will see that players from certain counties are experiencing problems with payment options across the globe. It's due to local laws and stronger enforcement, also the banks want nothing to do with payments tied to casinos, so the restrictions are at hand.
I know it seems like a good excuse to delay payment, still, it's better to submit the complaint first and then wait rather than lose it all.
There are some exceptions, however. 🙂 like when the casino must switch to a different payment option to send the money for instance. Anyway, good point.
I made withdrawal via Skrill, still in progress however other players got their money with Skrill (after several weeks), so i dont think they have tech difficulties with e-wallets.
Hello Radka,
I think we got a misunderstanding...
I never told him to lose his balance, of course not. Rule number 1 is to never cancel a withdrawal.
My point was that it seems they delay on purpose so we cancel and lose, this way they don't have to pay.
After 31 days are still "In progress".. Even tho 2 weeks ago they paied someone else with skrill for some reason they delay mine withdrawal requests. So i have no idea. Are yours withdrawals are in complete status?
Yes had the same issue like a month ago with lower cashout. Then they told me "It seems we are having some configuration issues with our payment methods, our tech team has been working to get this fixed." And a few hours later I got my money on an Astropay account (also was showing for days Completed status). And now my cashout is bigger and have problems. I got that answer 4 days ago :" I do apologize for the delay. All withdrawals will be processed within the next 48 hours." And still nothing ...
On monday they told me the same. That in the next 48 hours will be processed. And nothing have happened since then. I believe on big withdrawal amounts they delay the withdrawal on purpose in case the players cancel their winnings and gamble it. But to be honest i am not going to do it. Next week i am going to send a complaint to curacao for this casino. And also i will create a complain on every site that reviews casino so no other player goes through all this.
