If you want to discuss anything related to M88 Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Registered with this company. I made 3-4 bets for $ 5. Won. Blocked the account. They said that my account is being verified. Documents are not asked for. The next day, they unblocked, Zeroed out all the winnings in the amount of $ 5 and bets were banned everywhere, they said that you can withdraw my deposit as you scroll through it in the casino. These are scammers.
Support before registration explicitly asks to register and make a deposit. All screenshots are available. They attract players. This is my first account, I didn't even win anything, especially since I couldn't break any of the rules. Their license is suspicious.
That is quite suspicious, but I'm missing the part explaining which rule you are accused of breaching.
Would you share the casino's statement, please?
I intend to understand the issue you're facing.
Betting Syndicates. A player or group of players working together in any fashion (also known as a "syndicate"), to receive either bonus/winnings or activity bonuses or otherwise, may only have one Player Account in total, and any redundant Player Accounts will be consolidated into the one Player Account. An administration fee may be charged and payouts refused for each redundant Player Account, in the Provider's sole discretion. All wagering transactions in redundant Player Accounts are subject to reversal in the Provider's sole discretion. We also reserve the right to forfeit the principal of any wager placed in an attempt to defraud the house of any bonus monies, whether a player does this on their own or in collusion with other players or other sportsbooks.
-I only won $5. I have 1 account. Refused the bonus upon deposit. What point of the rules have I violated, they refuse to say
Suspected of fraud activities - That's what I was afraid of... Well, without any further delay, I recommend you submit a complaint:
