they told me that i was a duplikat.

i did not play with bonus at all.

one day later they send me an email and told me they will refund my deposit only. But they wanted some documents i did send them all. And after that they wanted more. They wanted photo of the revolut card i used. So i did that but it’ was not enough for them. They are trying to scam med. I habe screens and evidenve.

The casino is cheating you. I registered, provided documents and the account was verified. When I deposited money, they deactivated my account on the pretext that I used a third party account. Despite all the documents, etc., they blocked my own money. I think they are internet scammers.

I know I made a mistake and used a third party's payment method. They refunded the money to the third party, who is my spouse. But of the money I transferred from my own bank account, they only refunded 100 euros.

My problem is that they only refunded €100 out of €1000. I requested a review of the transfers, but they are not responding.

Is the card of your wife you deposited assigned to the joint account you have, perhaps?
