Awful. I just registered and wanted to inspect their slots' RTP settings (usually, you need to be logged in to view the true setting - when you're not it'll show the highest setting by default) before making any deposit but it won't let me pass the deposit page... I can't even log out again.

Think I'll sit this one out.

Well! I'll pass this on to the Data Team, I feel they should know. Thank you kindly for this feedback!

I gave them a try anyway and it turns out that, as suspected, they are indeed running the sub optimal RTP versions on a large number of their slots.

Lets's hope something good will still find a way to hit 😃

We've got Sherlock Holmes here. But I would definitely be careful when playing. If you find anything else, feel free to let us know. 😀

Well, I'm not sure how you managed to find out about the RTP, but when it comes to deposit locks, it is quite common for some groups. There is nothing we can persuade the casino to do.

What do you mean? It is right there in the game description.

Theoretical, of course. Actual RTP is often a whole other matter.

Hello.

I was reflecting on this part: "they are indeed running the suboptimal RTP versions on a large number of their slots" Not just the RTP set for the game, you know.?

However, I must say that 94.6% is pretty low. 96% is considered to be worth playing in my opinion. 🤔

I have activated a gambling block on my Revolut app. Unfortunately last night I had the urge to play and I lost €900. But what I dispute is that the transactions were accepted by the casino by evading the Revolut block, in fact the successful transactions are registered to non-gambling companies and perhaps even companies unaware of everything. I contacted the company in question who does not recognize the transaction and must respond to my other emails. I also started an email complaint to the casino in question which is luckywins.com

I need your help to recover the funds thanks

Hi, unfortunately today it's quite a topic that resonates among players.

If you want to read more about it you can do so here in this thread.

However, haven't they replied to your email yet? Do you have a feeling you're going to ask for a chargeback based on what you're describing or what?

You replied that you cannot handle payment transactions so casino guru does not handle it, my bank Revolut says that since I clicked the authorization of the push notification I am not entitled to a refund. But the problem is that my funds arrived at the casino incorrectly. Two deposits were taken as an intermediary by a company that does not recognize my movement towards them and even Strukin following a payment made by app with card I do not know how started a transfer to them in my name. They violated my privacy and evaded my gambling problem

That's why I said that this is a topic that resonates very much. This is exactly what the thread I sent you in my previous reply is about, and the players there are doing exactly what you describe. The statements do not show casinos but some shell companies, it violates the MCC block that the players give themselves as you put it. So the fact that it is not recognized during the payment and some company appears on the statement, which for example sells books instead of casinos, it is bypassed.

I know that some players have described that they wrote emails to the companies themselves saying that they didn't get anything from them and asking for deposit refunds.

Try to read it or ask some questions there and I believe that you may learn some important things about your case.

Try to clear the cookies and the cache on your computer. Log out and in again, and maybe even try another device if nothing helps, and let us know if it still continues, please.

Hey, I'm sorry.

Did the casino tell you why it was blocking your account? I see that you won quite a nice amount, so it could be that the casino is checking and that's why they temporarily blocked your account. But of course it could also tell the player that he is making an investigation.

However, if they didn't say anything, it's a good thing you filed a complaint and our team will try to help you.

One more question, didn't the casino ask you for documents and did you play with the bonus or not?
