Anything related to Luckygem Casino, maybe?

Hi,

How can I file a complaint?

Hello so I am quite pissed. I managed to win 1K last week. I had to lay out in small amounts? (Already weird but okay) did 250EUR and 500EUR then I was only allowed to do 1 transaction at the time. Okay.. then my lowest withdrawal got proceeded within an hour. 500EUR got cancelled. Oh okay.. then withdraw another 250EUR and asked for my withdrawal everyday asking to have it processed and it was still in process throughout the whole week, while my first withdrawal was processed almost instantly. KYC verified, no weird stuff in the account nothing. After asking everyday and the same default response I did cancel it yesterday or day before. Lost the rest of the money (which was probably the goal of letting me wait a week long which is disgusting) and now everything is gone.

And I am not the only one with this issue its all over Trustpilot people cancelling withdrawals after a while and losing it becaude their second or third withdrawal never gets processed

And on my review is now being said that oh we pay out, and oh you played it away yourself. No you shouldve made sure that the withdrawal was proceeded in max 48 hours. And not waiting till the customer cancels it a week or longer after the withdrawal request being made where the player is tempted to cancel it!

Hello and welcome to the forum. I understand you went through delayed payments, which resulted in losing the rest of the balance. I get it's not an experience one would accept with ease; the way you describe that, though, the casino occasionally paid the portion, so losing the money, no matter how hard this is going to be, pretty much closes the way to investigate whether the casino would eventually pay the rest. When complications arise, the casino must first try to resolve them on their own and only if they fail to do so within the 14 full days and the money is still in the account, can we act.

It’s just that the casino could always say they were going to pay but the player lost the money himself. I'm sorry for what you have been through.

I created an account at a fraudulent casino, deposited money, and was successfully verified. After two days, I was informed that I supposedly had another account. Consequently, all my money was deleted and my account was blocked. I requested proof, which was refused, and I never received back the money I had won or deposited. I swear I only have this one account, which can be verified via IP address.

Despite this, my account is blocked, over €1200 is gone, and I have nothing, no proof or evidence of what this alleged second account is supposed to be.

Curiously mysterious

Hi, was it at this casino, the one you’re posting under, where you had the issue with alleged multiple accounts?

If you’re sure you never had another account there and, as far as you know, nobody from your household, a friend, or anyone else used the same internet connection or device to play there, then you may want to submit a complaint with us.

Our team can then look into the situation and try to assist you with the case.

What do you think?

Hello, I made a withdrawal of €450 on August 12th and it's been 7 days since I received it. I've read that you have to wait a maximum of 14 days. I wanted to ask if the withdrawal isn't processed within those 14 days (I've already verified everything correctly), what should I do, or how could you help me? Thank you.

I will probably file a complaint because this casino refuses to pay me out. On March 19th, I requested a withdrawal, which was initially canceled because I first had to verify my account. That was acceptable to me. After successfully completing the verification, I requested another withdrawal and received a confirmation email stating that my withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours. When this didn't happen, I inquired and was told to give them time. My withdrawal still hasn't been processed, and my emails have been ignored for two days. No response whatsoever. No one in the live chat is willing to help; they only say they'll forward it.

Hi, if the casino still hasn’t paid you by the time the 14-day period has passed, you can submit a complaint with us and our team will try to help.

Of course, I’d much rather see the casino simply process your withdrawal without us needing to get involved. Since you’re already verified, it may just be a matter of time.

That said, have you asked the casino why you’ve already been waiting for about a week? Did they give you any specific explanation for the delay?
