Hi,
How can I file a complaint?
Hello so I am quite pissed. I managed to win 1K last week. I had to lay out in small amounts? (Already weird but okay) did 250EUR and 500EUR then I was only allowed to do 1 transaction at the time. Okay.. then my lowest withdrawal got proceeded within an hour. 500EUR got cancelled. Oh okay.. then withdraw another 250EUR and asked for my withdrawal everyday asking to have it processed and it was still in process throughout the whole week, while my first withdrawal was processed almost instantly. KYC verified, no weird stuff in the account nothing. After asking everyday and the same default response I did cancel it yesterday or day before. Lost the rest of the money (which was probably the goal of letting me wait a week long which is disgusting) and now everything is gone.
And I am not the only one with this issue its all over Trustpilot people cancelling withdrawals after a while and losing it becaude their second or third withdrawal never gets processed
And on my review is now being said that oh we pay out, and oh you played it away yourself. No you shouldve made sure that the withdrawal was proceeded in max 48 hours. And not waiting till the customer cancels it a week or longer after the withdrawal request being made where the player is tempted to cancel it!
Hello and welcome to the forum. I understand you went through delayed payments, which resulted in losing the rest of the balance. I get it's not an experience one would accept with ease; the way you describe that, though, the casino occasionally paid the portion, so losing the money, no matter how hard this is going to be, pretty much closes the way to investigate whether the casino would eventually pay the rest. When complications arise, the casino must first try to resolve them on their own and only if they fail to do so within the 14 full days and the money is still in the account, can we act.
It’s just that the casino could always say they were going to pay but the player lost the money himself. I'm sorry for what you have been through.
