Hello again.

Every player is free and welcome to browse your complaint and this current discussion serves as a warning as well. So it's not such a risk if anybody care to look for more details here in the first place.

As I already mentioned we adjust the rating only after the complaint has been closed - not earlier. Otherwise, we can't be 100% sure that all details were taken into consideration.

We are not interested in keeping you waiting for more than is necessary.

i wonder how long is going to take for Softswiss to provide a report.

As I said the 3 months for their investigation under their t&c have expired.

Ltc casino has been providing excuses every single time they make an appearance in the complaint page.

let's see how many times more they will be given extra time.

I'm faithless at this point unfortunately. 3 months 8s plenty of time, over 3 months is simply a joke.

Hi Radka, the ceo of ltc casino wrote in The gambling community they won't pay a cent.

I doubt Softswiss is even involved. They are playing a game here to make sure casino guru keeps their reputation score high as lo g as they can.

Their 3 months t&c have expired. Is anyone from casino guru that can check with Softswiss reps if ltc casino have requested to investigate the case? They have lied before about wadzan, why they wouldn't lie about softwiss too?

They were meant to share the investigation findings and they gone silent again!!! They are lying over and over is a disgrace.

Did they say on the other forum that they won't pay a cent before or after they got Softswiss involved? Since my last info is that when Softswiss says it's all good, then they should pay.

He said he wont pay a cent to me. its on the gambling community forum. give me 5 minutes and ill screenshot what he says. This is the ceo Andrey TTR, the same guy I shared the video lying about Softwiss checks about my gameplay and saying i was 100% fraud.


The video was shared before you actually shared what LTC casino replied to you. It's really shameful the all matter as their 3 months t&c have expired and every 10 days they get extended time and they just disappear and always come with new lies and zero evidence.

Here we go, fresh from today. Mealtime ltc casino pretends here that they will pay depending on softwiss reply.

I doubt softwiss is even involved. They have lied so many times. This casino should be blacklisted as not only has stolen my money but is making a mockery of casino guru too who kindly extended their time to prove their innocence. They are also two videos in Russian in TGC forum who exposed ltc casino owner but I don't speak Russian ,im waiting for someone to translate it.

Case closed as unresolved!!! I knew it from day one I opened the case.

Ltc casino ceo Andrey TTR made it public in the gambling community forum that they wouldn't pay me a cent. I hope whoever encounters this casino threats them like covid and stays 2 metre away.

They simply don't pay. I will now write to the UKGC to make sure their IP gets blocked in the Uk and will also email the European gambling commission and expose the cancer of this unlicensed crypto casinos that they are targeting specifically uk ,and other countries vulnerable players and steal their money exploting them.


This is a serious issue that must be addressed as this people must held accountable.

Hello millyboo,

we are not done with LTC casino yet. We're still waiting for the SoftSwiss report and double-checking all facts. The time period announced has passed, however, so we choose this solution till the report is shown.

Hi Radka, has anyone contacted Softwiss to comfim that they are indeed investigating the case?

Unfortunately ltc casino has lied many times and i would like to know if Softwiss will confirm if there is an investigation.

Ltc casino t&c has casino guru has underlined were 3 months time to investigate. So far the casino only made accusation but failed yo provide proves ,the ceo of ltc has published a video saving the Softwiss did the investigation and said I was 100% fraud. i have shared the video in my complaint form. If would be fair to contact Softwiss and see if Ltc casino allegations are real or false and if they are real Softwiss should provide the accusation made by ltc casino.

I do not know if we are in touch with Softwiss at the moment, I'd guess we are not.

I'll try to learn more about the situation I suspect we will debate this case again on Wednesday so I'll get back to you after our regular (reputation) call.

This will remove any doubts about the casino honesy as we know they have lied previously not only about me but also Wazdan their game provider.

At the moment unless they prove otherwise in my eyes they are scammers, I have sent all i could to prove my innocece and casino guru as comfirmed my gameplay had not cheating. Is ltc casino now they have to show evidence of their accusation that they are against the game provider and not me anymore.

This is out of my hands.

Let's see if Softwiss is even involved now,it would be interesting if casino guru could contact Softwiss and having them comfirmed if is true that they are investigating for real and if is true also to have a at least a deadline as the casino 3 months investigation under their t&c have now well expired.

One last thing has I have noticed that you have rated the casino responsible gambling tools as good . When I first signed in they did offered a time out option and they had a responsible gambling option. this option was later removed. So they have zero responsible gambling tool.

The casino also refuses to close accounts under self-exclusion even when the player begs for it. I was one of them .You have another player who opened a complaint because of the exploiting if vulnerable players ways of this casino and u also have reviews complaining about that.

One thing is certain, this casino target vulnerable players and your review about the responsible gambling options should be very bad not good.

Just a note about the responsible gambling tools review:

We started checking responsible gambling tools quite recently and the first step was checking all casinos in our database (around 4000). Then we could do the initial RG review that also reflected the overall rating.

The truth is that if the casino changed / removed the tools after the initial check, it's possible that we don't know about it yet Anyway, we update the reviews a few times per year (the casinos with a better rating are updated more frequently) so this information will be updated as well.

i closed my first 3 accounts under time out as they did have a time out option. They did not have a self-exclusion option and they literally refuse to self exclude player under requests.

They have removed all together the time out option so in terms of responsible gambling are 100% predators behaviour exploting players.


I truly believe their score should reflect this as its immoral behaviour and extremely dangerous .

I have seen a complaint close about that and many reviews complaining about that too.

Hopefully casino guru considers to change they score about that too.

Ltc casino ceo Stated in TGC forum that Softwiss investigation have ended.

Let's if is true or another lie.

Also I have full trust casino guru will compare my gameplay sent to them initially by ltc casino rep to them with the one Softwiss allengendely checked.

I Truly hope the end of this ordeal is coming to an end.

I must say that casino guru has been extremely professional, patience and worked hard.

I'm sure you already noticed we closed the case for now just in order to assign the black points that lowered the casino's rating. Anyway, the investigation carries on as Matej mentioned in your complaint. I'm also wondering what will be the conclusion from Softswiss.

I was notified and also told that casino guru is waiting for Softwiss to send investigation.

My biggest question is ; is Softwiss been contacted to see if ltc casino ate lying again?

The ceo of ltc casino said that the investigation from Softwiss has ended and they will send the verdict to casino guru this weekend.

Would be useful to check with Softwiss if is true.

Those statements are in the gambling community forum from the ceo himself,again the amount of lies this organisation have said makes nobody believes one single word the say.
