The casino seems to be under maintenance for quite some time. Can you access your account, please? I don't know whether they are going to respond to us. Of course we can try that, at least.
I also lost access to my account, with close to $1,500 left on the account!

I'm truly sorry to read this. So far, my colleagues have not been able to get a response from a wide range of contacts. If I'm not mistaken, current complaints are being discussed with our head of the Affiliate Team.
You may submit your complaint too, of course. I just fear it won't help unless the casino management get in touch. 🙁
