Lizaro casino failed to close my account after I expressed to them in December how I had a serious gambling problem! Emails for evidence to follow, they have let me deposit since over the last two weeks spending a good bit of money I have asked them why they didn’t close my account and how they have let me deposit again after letting them know that I had a serious gambling problem! Reading there terms and conditions it says that they close them as soon as possible but surly from December to know isn’t as soon as possible

The screenshot on the left indicates that one email was sent in December and another in the last few days. Please discuss this issue with the casino chat as well. It is quite a gap in between, to be honest. In any case, I would reach out to the chat with information regarding your account closure situation. If you aim to close the account due to gambling addiction, it would be best to mention that reason specifically. Such a specific reason should not be ignored, of course. What you shared is a combination of many things, but I could not, for example, spot the information regarding the nature of this request there, aside from the overall dissatisfaction.
