Yes it is, they just randomly claimed I bet after the game started and voided my winning bet. But I did not, provided them irrefutable proof but they do not care.
My account was closed, and I have been trying to manually withdraw my funds for more than one month now. First, I was asked to send my details of my bank. Then, after a lot of days, I was said that I could only withdraw using cryptocurrencies, when I haven't made any deposit with cryptos nor have ever used them. So, I created a wallet, learned about crypto, to then be told to send again a bank account from Spain! And then, again to send another wallet of a site! They are delaying my withdrawal as much as possible, and I doubt they will ever pay me. Of course, my account was also closesd for no reason. Never, never play on this casino, you won't be paid.

Librabet Casino has an antediluvian system regarding withdrawals. According to the terms of the contract, they are supposed to pay within 3 business days of submitting a withdrawal. Today is the fourth day and the processing status is still the same. They keep referring to the financial department as if they should pay on invoice. This is the 21st century please. Do you have any advice for me on how to get my money back? I don't like this practice of theirs. Money goes to them immediately but back is a problem.

Casino Librabet má ohledně výběru předpotopní systém. Dle smluvních podmínek mají vyplácet do 3 pracovních dnů od zadání výběru. Dnes je to čtvrtý den a stále stav vyřízení je stejný. Pořád dokola se odkazují na finanční oddělení jako by snad měli vyplácet na fakturu. Toto je 21. století prosím. Máte pro mě nějakou radu jak získat své peníze zpět?. Tato jejich praktika se mi nijak nelíbí. Peníze směrem k nim hned ale zpět je to problém.

I understand that it sounds a bit far-fetched, but on the other hand, it's unlikely that any intervention from the government will speed this up.
Try to hang in there. It takes time, but if the player has played by the rules, this casino pays out.
Under these circumstances, I find it a bit hasty to deal with "money back", that's the worst option when a casino refuses to pay out fair winnings. It also has its consequences.

U tohohle kasina to podle hráčských recenzí a celého tohoto vlákna není úplně neobvyklé a pokud cheš řešit smluvní podmíky, tak se dost obávám, že ty obecně platí za ideálního stavu, což pokud je finanční oddělení ve skluzu nebo něco investiguje není běžný stav.
Chápu, že to zní dost všelijak, ale zase na druhou stranu, těžko tohle uspíší nějaký zásah z věnčí.
Zkus to vydržet. Trvá to, ale pokud hráč hrál v souladu s pravidly, tohle kasino vyplácí.
Za těchto okolností mi přijde trochu unáhlené řešit "peníze zpět", to je nejzašší volba když casino odmítá vyplatit fér výhry. Má to totiž i své důsledky.
Omlouvám se za upřímnost a doufám, že to celkově nebude trvat dlouho!

It appears that you are more concerned about lower odds of winnings than about the withdrawal speed. As reported by the other players, the withdrawals are possible but lengthy. I guess the chances of winning are therefore good; otherwise, we wouldn't have so many players waiting for withdrawals world-wide...
