I played at Librabet by depositing money via VISA.
Eventually, I finally won something. Every time I tried to withdraw my winnings (via VISA), for example, €200, they tried to debit €200 from my bank account. My bank automatically blocked this transaction. Librabet always said that my withdrawal had been canceled. At some point, I received a message in the chat that it was my bank's fault. That's how I realized I'd almost been scammed out of money. My bank confirmed this to me several times, and Librabet always said "your withdrawal is currently being processed."
Since then, I've been trying to get my money somehow. The chat always responds the same way, like a bot. Emails are no longer answered.
I've now tried to withdraw via crypto (just 30 euros to test it out). I received the 30 euros today. However, I still have my doubts about the next withdrawals, as they were only 30 euros.
I'm currently trying to withdraw the remaining money (over 700 euros). Wish me luck.

Irgendwann hab ich dann auch endlich mal was gewonnen. Immer wenn ich versucht habe den Gewinn auszuzahlen (über VISA) zum Beispiel 200 Euro. Dann wurde versucht 200 Euro von meinem Bankkonto abzubuchen. Meine Bank hat diesen Vorgang automatisch blockiert. Bei Librabet stand immer dass meine Auszahlung storniert wurde. Irgendwann wurde mir im Chat geschrieben, dass es an meiner Bank liegt. So kam ich dann drauf dass ich fast um Geld betrogen wurde. Meine Bank hat mir das mehrfach bestätigt und bei Librabet hieß es immer "ihre Auszahlung wird derzeit noch bearbeitet".
Seitdem habe ich immer versucht mein Geld irgendwie zu bekommen. Der Chat antwortet immer gleich, wie so ein Bot. E-Mails werden nicht mehr beantwortet.
Ich habe nun über Krypto versucht auszuzahlen (nur 30 Euro um es zu testen). Die 30 Euro habe ich heute bekommen. Habe aber noch meine Zweifel was die nächsten Auszahlungen angeht weil es waren da nur 30 Euro.
Ich versuche gerade das restliche Geld abzuheben (über 700 Euro). Wünscht mir Glück.

I'm asking just because we have come across such situation few times and it was some scammers trying to get money from players, actually, but no one could say for sure if it was the casino or not. 🤔

I can easily explain why I know it has nothing to do with other scammers, but with Librabet. Whenever I try to withdraw money from Librabet via VISA, they try to debit exactly the same amount from my account. This always happens with withdrawals and with exactly the same amount. It doesn't happen immediately, but rather, as with Librabet's withdrawal process, one or two days after the withdrawal request. In return, my bank blocks the transaction, and the requested withdrawal is displayed as canceled in the Librabet player account. Librabet itself hasn't commented on this and denies everything. It's always the same pre-written chat replies that are useless. Eventually, they just ignore emails. My bank also said that the problem is already known and that these transactions are automatically blocked. Otherwise, my money would be gone. I had canceled, changed, etc., my withdrawals many times at that point. According to the employees, this entire process was also visible in my bank's system. Therefore, I was initially informed that Librabet would not pay out my money. They generally assumed it was a scam. If the money is withdrawn from my account, it won't be possible to get it back, as Librabet is based on Anjouan (an island in the Comoros). I've already had several discussions with lawyers.
Librabet also promised to manually transfer my money to my IBAN. The only thing that happened after that was that they stopped replying to my emails, and there was nothing special in the chat either.
It's actually pretty obvious. If my bank blocks the debit and Librabet cancels my withdrawal at the same time, it's immediately obvious that they're related. Besides, I only decided to talk to my bank in more detail because someone once said in the Librabet support chat, "It's your bank's fault." Unfortunately, I don't think I have a screenshot of it anymore. But that's how I got the idea to monitor everything more closely.
I have many chat transcripts, emails, and screenshots from the last four weeks with Librabet. Since then, I've been chasing my withdrawal. At some point, I came up with the idea of withdrawing via crypto, and now I'm waiting. If that doesn't work, I'll file a complaint here and hope you can help me. 🙂

Ich kann ganz einfach sagen wieso ich weiß, dass es nichts mit anderen Betrügern sondern mit Librabet zu tun hat. Sobald ich bei Librabet über VISA auszahlen will wird genau der selbe Betrag versucht von meinem Konto abzubuchen. Dies passiert immer bei Auszahlung und genau mit dem Betrag. Das ganze passiert auch nicht sofort sondern wie beim Auszahlungsprozess von Librabet so ein bis zwei Tage nach Anforderung der Auszahlung. Im Gegenzug blockiert meine Bank den Vorgang und die angeforderte Auszahlung wird im Librabet Spielerkonto als storniert angezeigt. Librabet selbst äußert sich dazu auch nicht und verleugnet alles. Immer die selben vorgefertigten Chat antworten die einem nichts bringen. E-Mails ignorieren sie irgendwann auch nur noch. Meine Bank meinte auch, dass das Problem bereits bekannt ist und daher diese Transaktionen automatisch blockiert werden. Sonst wär mein Geld weg. Ich habe meine Auszahlung zu dem Zeitpunkt sehr oft storniert, geändert usw. Dieser gesamte Verlauf war auch bei meiner Bank im System laut den Mitarbeitern erkennbar. Daher wurde ich auch darauf vorerst hingewiesen, dass Librabet mein Geld nicht auszahlen wird. Man ist insgesamt von Scam ausgegangen. Sollte es nämlich klappen, dass das Geld von meinem Konto eingezogen wird kann man das Geld nicht mehr zurückholen, da Librabet ihren Sitz auf Anjouan (Insel auf den Komoren) hat. Ich hatte bereits etliche Gespräche mit Anwälten.
Librabet hatte mir auch versprochen mein Geld manuell an meine IBAN zu überweisen. Das einzige was danach kam waren keine Antworten mehr auf meine E-Mails und ja im Chat kam auch nichts besonderes.
Eigentlich ist es eindeutig. Wenn meine Bank die Abbuchung blockiert und gleichzeitig Librabet meine Auszahlung storniert, kann man direkt erkennen dass es zusammenhängt. Außerdem kam ich da nur drauf mit meiner Bank genauer zu sprechen, weil im Librabet Support Chat einmal gesagt wurde „Es liegt an ihrer Bank". Ich habe glaube ich davon leider keinen Screenshot mehr. Aber so kam ich überhaupt auf die Idee alles genauer zu beobachten.
Ich habe viele Chat Transkripte, Mails und Screenshots von den letzten vier Wochen mit Librabet. Seitdem laufe ich nämlich meiner Auszahlung hinterher. Irgendwann bin ich von alleine auf die Idee gekommen über Krypto auszuzahlen und jetzt warte ich ab. Sollte das nicht klappen mach ich hier eine Beschwerde auf und hoffe ihr könnt mir dann helfen 🙂

Whenever I order something and choose a delivery by one of our courier companies, I get the same message every time that my address is incomplete and to go to this and this link and do such and such. Now I'm certain that this is a scam, but it really happens like every time I choose to use this courier company. And I know that it is not the companies' fault, but some scammers are trying to get my money, you know.
So, perhaps changing the password in your casino account could help, or even the password to your bank. Have you tried it? 🤔

Librabet password and the bank password are all new.
And it's not about access, but (you can test it yourself), the withdrawal request via VISA at Librabet must be incorrectly coded by the IT department. Because it's the same process as depositing via VISA – everything works identically – except that you don't confirm a TAN, and therefore the transaction is canceled. I'm 100% sure the problem is technical, but they're doing nothing and ignoring it. Oh well.
In any case, I've been waiting for my money since the crypto withdrawal on Thursday. So far, as I initially expected, only €30 has been paid out. But I requested a total of €780.
I now have three withdrawal requests open, and I was worried that the €30 would arrive quickly, while the rest would take a while. But, yes, I'm waiting 🙂 You can't speed things up, can you? I've been chasing this for almost four weeks.

Denn es ist der selbe Vorgang wie bei der Einzahlung über VISA - alles läuft identisch ab - nur dass man keine TAN bestätigt und deshalb der Vorgang storniert wird. Ich bin mir zu 100% sicher dass das Problem bei denen technisch ist aber die tun nichts und ignorieren es. Naja.
Aufjedenfall warte ich nun wieder seit der Krypto Auszahlung am Donnerstag auf mein Geld. Bisher wurden natürlich wie ich anfangs erwartet habe nur 30 € ausgezahlt. Angefordert habe ich aber insgesamt 780 €.

Can you tell me if an IBAN withdrawal from Librabet works, based on experience in this forum? I'd be reluctant to constantly withdraw via crypto; I find it a bit risky, especially if you have to prove where the money came from at some point, even if it's just online casino money.
