Some casinos block an account once the KYC (know your customer) verification is triggered. This is no trick, the casino must verify your identity and account to proceed with the withdrawal.

I accidentally removed my post, but my problem is that they asked for 31 days for additional verification to make the withdrawal. My account is fully verified, with all the documentation and in the chat they said I could withdraw, and that it would take a maximum of 2 hours. It's been almost 24 hours and I still haven't received it. I had already made a first withdrawal of R$50, which went through in a matter of minutes, and now it's taking so long.

Atualização. Após 13 dias recebi meu saldo no dia 23/04. A casa pagou sem falar nada, até porque minha conta estava verificada, não usei nenhum bônus e nenhuma forma errada de apostar.
