am updating my complaint with additional details. I can currently log into my account, but it is completely restricted and suspended. I cannot see my cashback balance, and my profile is entirely locked; I am unable to perform any actions on the platform.
The only functional feature is the live chat. However, for the last 8 days, the support agents have been repeating the exact same generic script, claiming that my account is undergoing a 'verification' process.
Furthermore, on May 14th, I received an official email from the casino confirming that my tournament prize would be credited to my account shortly. To this day, the prize has not been added, my account has not been reactivated, and the casino completely refuses to lift the suspension. They are using 'verification' as a stall tactic to withhold both my cashback and my tournament winnings."
