Hello, no not really, they just asked to give some time to their team to review the docs.

There was two weeks of silence from their side, no answers to emails. But yesterday they answered and asked proof of address and proof of deposit. I have delivered both docs several times on their request, proof of address is even approved status on their site, but still they keep asking it.


Really frustrating and long process with them.
