The casino cheats on its own players, they didn't want to verify my cell phone number, then suddenly they did, every day they put off everyone telling us something different. I get your point, but you talk about 4 days, 6 days...That's not unusual in the gambling industry. Just imagine the person who's responsible for your case left for a vacation and didn't hand over your case. Maybe someone from their marketing team totally screwed a promotion and now they have 4000 emails with questions from the players asking about the promotion (I experienced this on my own) and they don't have time for your case.

I'm not sure if you communicate in German with them, but it's also possible they have only a few German customer support agents. One got sick, another one is on holiday and the last one is a newbie who's simply too slow (I also experienced this).

I'm not saying you should be fine with it. If your experience is different and you believe you'll get better service in another casino, then just grab your money once they send it and leave the casino. But you need to understand that casinos are run by people and in some cases, they're run by quite a small group of people. I'm not sure if this is the case of Laz Vegas casino.
