If you want to discuss anything related to Laz Vegas Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I just signed up here and took the welcome offer of 200% + 50 FS.
While playing the 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus I had a sick 2975x hit and ended up with winning more than NOK 6.000 from these free spins.
This was obviously too good to be true, and indeed the free spins winnings were capped at NOK 100. I generally don't mind such terms, and I am playing at this casino knowing there is a EUR 1.000 withdrawal limit to my deposit. However, as for this free spins win - NOWHERE did it say such a win cap was in play. Not in their campaign terms and not here on Guru in your presentation of the bonus offer so clearly this must be a hidden term...

Thank you for all the provided information. When it comes to the bonus terms and conditions + the different spin value, I already forwarded this information to our Data team so they should update it accordingly if it's stated wrong on our website.
Regarding the capped winnings from the free spins to 100 NOK - if you didn't manage to find it anywhere on the casino's website, consider submitting a complaint on Casino Guru. If the only available terms (on their website) state it's 1000 eur max. withdrawal for bonuses and nothing else about capped winnings for free spins, then you should receive the whole amount of 6000 NOK.
Back to the topic, I sent Laz Vegas an email about this issue right after it had occured, where I politely pointed out that such hidden, or should I say invisible, terms aren't fair play and asked them to look into whether an error had occured - I mean, an 8 euro cap on a deposit related bonus can't possibly be intended?
Now, more than 2 days later, they still haven't bothered to reply.
Anyway, it's not that big a deal. Had I received the full amount, it would have come with a 40x WR (20k euros) and a very short timer. I haven't even completed the WR on the 200% yet and that's half the amount! It's very unlikely I'd have made it anyway.

One question I'm left with after this is , was there a 3000x on Gates just lying there waiting for me, and I wasted it on this? 😛
Hello.
I'm really concerned the casino is silent about the terms and possible mistakes on their side.
This is the first time you mentioned a concrete 8€ cap on deposit bonus, and if this is true I'd say it sounds totally wrong... the casino should explain. Let's see whether we get some update on our end soon. 🤔
So, about this free spins win again.
Laz Vegas never replied to me on the matter and I hadn't really thought much more about it either.
Today, however, they emailed me about having added 25 free spins to my account so I dropped by to play them.
The winnings from these were more than NOK 100 - and this time the full amount was credited, meaning there are no NOK 100 cap after all...

So, I figured it'd be nice to get a final answer on this issue here and went on their chat to hear what they had to say about it, since they never replied to my mail, and after all; I may or may not have been missing out on an EUR 500 win due to an error on their side.
Much to my surprise, the support agent was outright unwilling to offer me any help or answer to my querie.
He insisted I had received an email from them upon making my 1st deposit where any bonus terms would be clearly stated. I never got such an email, not to my junk mail either, but my new friend Kevin here made it clear he could not look further into this untill I had produced a screenshot of that email...
I tried to explain that I had taken the standard 1st deposit welcome offer - so why would I even need to produce said mail? The standard offer is just that: standard. With standard terms. Does he not know what these terms are?
I also tried to point them towards this thread, since I think an official explanation would be in place.
All in all, Laz Vegas has offered me an absolutely horrible experience as a new client in their newly started casino and based on that, I can only give a strong warning to any possible future clients who value a solid client/casino relation.
Yes, you are probably right that submitting a complaint would be in order but I'll just move on. As far as I'm concerned, Laz Vegas have shown their true self right from the start, and I can only imagine what tricks they might be willing to pull if a bigger withdrawal was in question...
Better stay away. Shame, their site was otherwise smooth enough, and they had an entertaing loyalty program which I'd have liked to take further part in.
Hello dear Daniel 🫡
I looked at it all again in peace and also contacted the support.
The rules have changed a bit.
The welcome bonus is also different than what is stated or it differs from country to country.
WELCOME OFFER
UP TO €1,600 + 100 FREE SPINS
1st deposit: 120% up to €600 + 20 Free Spins on Gates of Olympus
2nd deposit: 50% up to €500 + 30 Free Spins on Lady Wolf Moon
3rd deposit: 75% up to €500 + 50 Free Spins on Big Bass Bonanza
As far as terms and conditions go, when it comes to bonuses, it looks like the welcome bonus has NO withdrawal limit. (Confirmed also the support).
Section 3. We reserve the right to limit winnings and withdrawals from all types of NO Deposit Bonuses / Free Spins / Free Bets added to a customer's account up to the value of €1000 as expressly stated in the Terms or otherwise communicated.
So it's a mistake by the user SCATT3R because it's not the way he described it and irritates people here.
Only NO Deposit Bonuses have a maximum win of €1000, which by the way is incredibly generous! 🙂
Deposit bonuses do NOT have a MAX CASH-OUT .
I hope I was able to provide some clarity 🫡
Where is the problem?
Buddy I understand from your comments that you could not withdraw all the money because of the limit.
Is it because your winnings were not credited?
I think the automatic translator doesn't translate that well, which may cause misunderstandings 🙏🏻
Have a nice evening, I hope you can solve your problem 👍
I think it would be best to slow down a bit. 🙂
Many bonuses vary based on the country and other aspects. I ask you politely to keep that in mind. Not every player here needs to know you think he can't read properly, because it actually couldn't be the case.🙏
I admire your activity here, but I feel you're on the edge now. 🙂
Thanks for the update - I'll forward it to my colleagues for further check.
I would try to clarify that also through Guru.
Personally, I'm a bit surprised because I also play there and I think the support was very friendly.
I also had a small problem which was solved without much stress.
Have you achieved anything in the meantime?
I think they will help you because I don't have the impression that it is a casino that ignores its customers.
