i v' provided the corrected letter from my bank, was a pain because they were plying like a robot without reviewing the document mannually.
after i sent the same new document wiht a different name then finally was all corrected and im starting to receiving my funds. yesterday i received 200$ today i requested the remain funds.

Sorry Radka but i had a big laugh when you say that we should trust them cause they have a license from Curacao!I can open a casino tomorrow and find a license from Curacao in a cereal box!Having a license from Curacao doesnt, garanty a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g.And why compare with Kahnawake???
You can't fault Casino Guru employees; they do their jobs well. There are extra casinos that Guru recommends, which I, as a member, never use. If you don't listen to Casino Gurus, then you shouldn't blame them entirely. Don't recommend casinos that are 100% safe; play there yourself. Then Casino Guru also takes full responsibility.
