Hello and thanks. Are you saying the KYC is still unfinished? That would at least technically explain why the transfer was not approved. Also, may I ask when you submitted the request? I appreciate the screenshots but without time stamps, it's not that straight. At least to me.

I would appreciate it if you could help me with the timeline, maybe. I check the complaint, but when it comes to text, no dates are found anyway, so I have no idea how long this has been happening but I understand some documents were rejected or you needed to provide them more than once.
