well, I just did the registration. When I was sending the verification files where they ask for proof of address, citizen card and then they ask for proof of ownership.

I did not mention such a thing. I play keno daily and in 150,000 hands played the highest multiplier was 63x never 500x 800x or 1000x around 200 lost sessions in a row

What this means is that k8 is cheating on keno.

Why not file a complaint and see if it's fraudulent?

In 4 months it gave me only 2 63x and I play non-stop, how and where can I file a complaint?

The odds will differ, according to the games played and the amount of numbers the player hopes to "spot".
