When I made the deposit 70 pounds they give me deposit 35 and the rule for that bonus was 35 x wagnering, I was able to track the bonus by hitting,, I " on the bonus menu they put as well the balance 1125 for the bonus to be Wagner …after many communication whit them they made me some offers of 277 pounds but I was not agree my balance was 3000 pounds and dropped down to 433 when I finish wagnering proces. They come back to me via emails and they say is no ground for any refund becouse they look very carefully at my account and they didn’t find any mistake. I red the bonus rule and they have section 3.25 which says max win from a bonus can be 10 x but is not saying is for all bonuses… in the same bonus policy they have section 3.7 and say ,,, some of the bonuses have " in the same bonus policy they says all the bonus have to be Wagner which I did , and in the same policy they said as a player you start playing whit your money first and after that the bonus is activated an in that day my balance didn’t droop down when I catch first win …. I agree that it is weird not to mention such an important rule if there is a special landing page for the bonus terms of each bonus. It is not a good user experience. For me, that would be most likely a signal to ask for the support or reread the terms and conditions. Especialy of you say this rule is pretty common for bonuses offered in this casino. On the other hand, we are all quite quick thinkers after the damage has been done to someone else. Thus, the importance of sharing such experiences still remains!
