They don't want to reply to my emails at all


This is a terrible casino. I think they just don't want to give me tournament bonuses and use various excuses to shirk them. Every promotion they send to me is sent to my mailbox. I got it by depositing, but now they say the bonus percentage is too high and unfair to other players. They disqualified me from the tournament. I think this is very unfair. I hope everyone will not play their games at jet4bet.

Well, it surely seems unfair, especially as we don't really know why they would disqualify you.

If they sent all the promotions to you and you used bonuses, there is nothing wrong with it, I believe. I truly don't understand their position, to tell you the truth. 🤷‍♀️

I won first place in their live betting tournament in August, but at the end of August, they told me I was disqualified from the bonus because I used too many bonuses. They disqualified me from all bonuses, so I got angry and closed my account. Now they're saying it's my fault that I closed my account. This is a complete scam. I confirmed it with the casino manager four or five times before closing my account, and she said I couldn't get any bonuses, including my tournament winnings. Now they're saying it's my fault. Please don't play any games here, because they'll scam you out of all your money.

As for now, I would surely suggest waiting for your complaint resolver to see what can be achieved in your complaint.

There's not much you can do right now, actually.

However, I also want to remind all players not to be afraid to fight for their rights. It took me almost three months to recover my losses. Also, try to avoid playing at this casino because they will arbitrarily cancel your winnings.
