My Experience with Jet4Bet – Repeated Withdrawal Rejections Without Any Explanation
I want to share my recent and very frustrating experience with Jet4Bet, hoping that someone might be able to help or at least shed some light on what’s happening.
My account is fully verified, and everything seemed fine at first. However, every time I try to make a withdrawal, it gets rejected — without any clear reason or explanation. I’ve double-checked all the details, and there’s nothing on my end that should be causing this issue.
I’ve reached out multiple times to Jet4Bet’s live chat support to ask why my withdrawals are being denied. Unfortunately, I’ve only been met with vague responses or no helpful information at all. I even tried emailing their support team, but to this day, I have not received a single reply.
The most concerning part is that the finance department, the very people responsible for handling these issues, haven’t provided any explanation whatsoever. There’s no transparency, no updates, and no accountability. I’m simply left in the dark.
It’s incredibly frustrating and concerning to not have access to my own funds, especially when everything on my account is in good standing. I’m reaching out now in hopes that someone — anyone — can help me with this situation or offer advice on what steps to take next.
If you’ve experienced something similar or know how to escalate this issue properly, please let me know. No one should have to go through this kind of silence and stress when dealing with their own money.

I see that in your case nothing has happened yet and so my question is how long has this situation been going on? When you wrote to the live chat, what answer did they give you?

I have emailed the support team for jet4bet after 4 days they finally processed my widrawal through bank transfer.Im still waiting for the money to reach my bank account.will update when i receive or when nothing is paid out.Thank you for your reply,much appreciated 🥰

I've been trying to withdraw for 10 days now. I've also filed a complaint. They keep asking for different documents. At first, they approve them, and then suddenly they say they don't match, and they ask for new ones. I won €9,000 and can't access the money. The finance team keeps coming up with new ways to avoid paying out. I've played at many casinos, and this has never happened to me. Unfortunately, it seems very systematic.
So first they verified you, and then they started to ask for more documents from you, right?

Unfair Cancellation of August 2025 Tournament Champion Prize

In August 2025, I participated in Jet4Bet’s monthly tournament and finished in 1st place. According to the official tournament rules and terms, I was entitled to receive the champion prize of [2100$au].
However, Jet4Bet refused to credit my winnings, claiming that my "prize proportion was too high." This reason is not mentioned anywhere in the published rules or terms and conditions.
I believe this action is unfair and constitutes a violation of basic consumer rights. I request Jet4Bet to:
Pay my rightful winnings as the August 2025 tournament champion.
Provide a written explanation for their decision.
If the issue is not resolved, I am prepared to escalate this matter to relevant regulatory authorities in Australia (ACMA, ACCC, NSW Fair Trading) and share my case on other international dispute platforms.
Requested Solution:
Immediate payment of the full tournament prize and a clear explanation of the cancellation.

I did not use, nor was I provided with, any other method to obtain these bonuses. They had initially confirmed through my account system and by their manager that I was in first place, but afterwards they disqualified me without any further proper explanation. Since then, they have not responded to my follow-up inquiries.
I have already provided clear evidence, including screenshots from my account system, showing that I was ranked first.
For now, I have also requested the casino to temporarily close my account, because they kept urging me to deposit more money and continue playing, suggesting that once my bonus ratio was no longer high, they would then reopen all the promotional rewards. I find this behavior very unfair and manipulative, which is why I am seeking your assistance
At the moment, the system still shows the rewards for August where I was ranked 7th. The September rankings have not yet been released, but as you can see from the personal system screenshot I provided, I was ranked 1st, and the manager also confirmed this. However, they later disqualified me, and now in my system I can no longer see myself as ranked 1st.
Please also note that your company’s weekly withdrawal limit is AUD 7,500. I had already reached that withdrawal limit, and on the same day, I lost the remaining AUD 5,600 in my account while continuing to play. It was only after this that I was informed all of my bonus entitlements had been cancelled.
Now we need to wait and see how it all will unfold. If you haven't violated any terms, you should be paid, right?
