You haven’t seen the worst of it you ever play mystic wolf ? Do you know what blockers are? Or has anyone messed with the start and stop button on your phone you won’t believe what’s really going on and they are basically broke if they had a lot of players they wouldn’t have issues paying out does anybody have a clue how difficult it is to win and meet all the requirements? The closer you get the tighter the slot gets goes right to zero and can do some mighty strange stuff random number generator haha try 300 spins straight and nothing haha

I do have the name and info of one of their people. Not sure if your allegations are true about it being a 2 person company but kinda getting over giving them the benefit of the doubt. My withdrawals have been pending since mid April, and I have been getting the same reasoning. Processing / banking issues. I have been told I will be banned and blacklisted for abuse to their representative which is fine by me as long as I get paid. I have received 3 withdrawals, 1200,1000 and 333 over the span from April until now but now it’s been near 3 weeks since the last 333.

Either way it doesn’t matter I got paid $1800 the first time then the 2nd time my $1800 sat for a while so I did a reversal and the third $1800 I was strung along and he was going to pay $500 on a Friday afternoon and that didn’t happen so I wound up reversing that because I wasn’t going to see it all I know is it is extremely difficult to beat any slot at any casino they put things in place if you do win to make you lose the next time positive and obviously the software is tampered with so if everyone is losing and they pretty much are why don’t they have the funds ? Lol that is the most important thing to keeping your customer I have his whole story on text from screenshots I lost at least 15-20k in a short time frame honestly nobody should play online anything for real cash and then can shut down your account and keep your money and can do so at anytime and your talking about Jacks pay right Eskimo

Hey there, First and foremost , we apologize there are unhappy players. When players sign up they agree to the terms and conditions. Duplicate accounts, having more than 1 account opened. Having your wife and children signing up and using our free bonuses = bonus abuse. If your account is closed, there is good reason. We don't just shut accounts down for 0 reason. We do not tolerate abuse.


Our game operators are with Rival, Betsoft and saucify. We do not control the reels or have the ability to stop reels.


I see a couple of the players in here commenting have bonus abused or opened duplicate accounts which is against our terms and conditions. Every person who have locked up or banned we always have screenshots and proof towards the accusation of why did you remove me.

hey there, yes you got paid the first time because the other accounts that weren't opened were there when we ran the review, infact you had a good reputation at Jackspay. The purpose of not having family and friends open accounts is to exploit bonuses.


We are not saying you are a bad player. Infact you even apologized if you did do it and said you like playing here. We have emails and screenshots of you being polite with the matter.


Terms and conditions are meant to be followed and we are sorry there was obviously other accounts opened that caused us to lock the account and void your winnings.

I never opened up duplicated accounts had family or had friends or anyone do anything for me all I know is you took about 17k from me I couldn’t make you wait for the money right or you would only take Bitcoin but when it’s time for you to pay it’s okay and we get strung along do you think bills and rent aren’t important to your players ? You said bitcoin by Monday then Wednesday then Friday for sure then off you went read the complaints on Jackspay I only wish I would have read those sooner. What can you tell me about requirements? You know we play and we have to play 30x times deposit plus bonus so let’s say it’s 28k every $$ we spend that requirement is supposed to go down have you ever seen it get stuck or stay on that number for a while so technically a player may have to play 50k I’m just asking if you have ever seen it happen and screenshots would prove it yes or no any many times over like 15 or 20 different days hours ?

I don’t have any children my wife left when you didn’t pay me. Technically it was her money that you have , she said all along you weren’t going to pay me what was I thinking anybody would be a fool to send Bitcoin because there’s no guarantee even if you win once every few months that you’ll ever see any of it so let’s not forget who the victims are here okay and your rating on casino Guru is absolutely horrible yes mistakes happen but I gave you 15k was it so hard to give me $1800 back ?
